You're the man!
Thanks a lot for this!
It isn't on the PE site yet... But I can wait a couple of hours.

Can I flash this over stock Oreo?
No, for stock Oreo you have to flash Stock Nougat first and then other Custom ROM, otherwise some things will stop working as fingerprint and NFC.

My fingerprint reader's not working.

EDIT: I assume I have to flash something, probably the oreo fp firmware, but I have no idea where to get that.
EDITED AGAIN: see this post in the arrow os thread for a working zip https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77522936&postcount=3
If you had Stock Oreo then it won't work, as I said before, you have to flash Stock Nougat before flashing any custom ROM... I'm not really sure why this happens, but that's the only solution unless the problems comes WITH the custom ROM

I had stock nougat, then PE oreo, and now PE pie, and my fingerprint didn't work. I flashed the zip I linked and it works now.

What other issues you are facing? Please also check encryption, safety net and one key navigation (Moto).
Safety net check success. No Google camera mod by default. One NAV working but it's not exactly named under the name one NAV, it's under the name fingerprint gestures. No system hi tuner so was unable to hide on screen NAV bar but then just enabled and disabled the on screen button settings and its hidden now. The phone is heating a little while charging( no heating in Oreo) but I guess it's a different issue.

P.s. unable to attach images. Shows Bad request.

Dont give wrong information. All upcoming pie roms are based on oreo firmware. So you can. Directly flash pixel experience over stock oreo. No need to flash nouget firmware.

We have shifted from nouget base to oreo base few days back

Then everyone will have troubles with fingerprint and it's a problem with the ROM that should be reported, ¿right?... I had the same troubles a couple hours ago and I fixed it by flashing stock Nougat and then flashing this ROM again... At first I've tried just flashing over the Pixel Experience 8.1 ROM cuz I thought the same and fingerprint, NFC and even SD card where not working

I just flashed the PE 9.0 rom over the PE 8.1 oct. build (did a wipe of system and cache before flashing, as usual) and it works great. FP didn't work but the previously linked zip worked great. Just a few things that needed a toggle: Hardware buttons and APN. All other settings remained and seem to be working fine. Android auto works this time :)
