Very impressed. Performance is great - in regular use seems more responsive than a Redmi 6A running MIUI. Battery life looks to be good as well - charged overnight, now sitting at 90% at 2:30 in the afternoon with normal to light use. Everything works the way Google intended - no longer crippled by MIUI. Smart Notifications on my Garmin watch are finally working reliably. Pretty happy so far.
Can anyone give me the link of a working Gcam mod(or any other camera), there are so many versions so i am confused.

Anyone else experiencing really slow downloads with this ROM? For example downloading an app from the Play Store comes in under 100 kB/s. Podcasts are also much slower to download than using stock ROM. Interestingly streaming video like Netflix and YouTube seem to work fine.
Thanks to the developers who brought the rom to rolex. Great performance so far compared to MIUI. But adjusting calling volume seems to not working while using sim call or whatsapp call. And despite scrolling is really smooth in almost all app and system screen, it's get a bit laggy while scrolling on whatsapp status. Also after receiving the last 20191019 update, charging is really slow. Hopefully all this issue will fixed in the future update. Thanks.

I am not having slow download speed. Maybe it is your internet problem.
Nope. Definitely started when I installed this ROM - previously on stock MIUI. If I download the same app update on another phone side by side, my phone takes much longer. Never had that before.
Adaptive brightness is not very intelligently learning about my usage, like it was in miui,
Could it be improved by flashing an alternate kernel? Which one are people using with success?
that might be firmware problem (mostly)
it happed to me when was using this rom before
if u happed to have outdated firmware try updating to stable version
( i personally do not recommended the latest ones because they might have bugs)

Note:-
Kernel has no relation with ur net speed
If u were totally were not able to use a hardware component in ur phone then it "may" be a kernel problem
If u have software problems in the working of some hardware components then it "may" be firmware problem

I cannot boot this rom. It flashes good, but when starting a phone G logo is loading forever(stuck).
I done full wipe and performed a format. Now it works! No lag so far. Super fast! Very happy!
yes minimal apps have some problem but you can deleted some google apps use root explorer
My device began to charge the battery very slowly, is it possible that this is causing the ROM? It has happened to me for more than a week or so, when I updated the phone to the last October version of Pixel Experience.

It happens with me too. But didn't happen in MIUI 10.
