Question 2: Yes this custom not support spectrum you must install other kernel
Question 3: Maybe you can try searching on google

This rom also makes me have a rolex watch.
When i use this rom, i can download the image of rolex watch then the real rolex watch come out to my face. When my face faces the face of rolex watch, it becomes soft and smooth like watch of rolex.

My Redmi 4A seems to be reborn.

Two minor bugs.. (Version 20190423-1224-CAF, clean install)
1.
Charging indicator at notification bar revives in 1~2 seconds after detaching usb cable.
This only happens when it was connected to PC previously.
(No problem with travel chargers at higher currency)
Perhaps this is not the own problem of your rom, because I've seen this symptom on other Pie roms.

2. Hotspot can't show connected guest's count
It keeps saying that nobody is connected while it's working.

There is an issue you can't increase neither you can change notification light nor you increase or decrease the notification sound only....
There is also an issue when device is locked it show the music running app plz resolve it
