is magisk only optional after flashing rom or can i use the rom without root?

I flashed (no Gapps version) as clean flash. There was crushing pixel launcher. SO I flashed Micro Gapps it's ok at pixel launcher. But no build-in keyboard. I have only voice typing. So can't login my Google account. I skipped. After that I tried to download keyboard from browser. But no build-in browser. So I went back to PE. I'm waiting next update. Thanks.

Using this Rom with wolf Kernel,two Weeks now.
Flashed the füll Version.
First boot dualer didnt Like to start,
Wiped
and after that ,
Still running.
