Install twrp 3.3.0 then in treble manager there is option to revert back to stock partition layout important:back up all of your data.
Then flash any rom with new treble( APD as vendor) implementation. No need to go to stock room

I Did install it the way you told me. It booted into twrp after installing the rom and the gapps, but when i restart again it booted into the ROM. Thank you man.

Another issue...
While pressing volume rocker buttons it is increasing/decreasing the media volume whereas it has to increasing/decreasing the ringtone volume.

What camera app you guys use ? Can anyone send me a link of gcam that works with this rom? I'm asking because this ROMs default camera app only supports 8MP and lower...

After using this rom for two weeks I can say it is the most stable custom ROM. I have used all the roms, there were good ones but had problems such as flash turning itself on randomly like in LOS. Or camera keep crashing when trying to take photos from WhatsApp. This ROM has none of those issues, doesn't drain the battery. It's smooth and perfect for daily use. I did not test Bluetooth cuz I don't use it at all.

Thank you so much to the developers and the maintainer for this amazing ROM.

Is the DotOS for the Zenfone 3 project dead?

Been over a month since last update.

Best stable Pie rom Ior me and I have tried them all

Just wondering if its time to move on to other roms if there are no more updates coming.

Is there a camera port that supports 16MP and works on this ROM? PixelMaster port couldn't be installed because the stock camera is a downgraded PixelMaster camera. Any solutions for this?

First of all thanks for the rom, it has a good performance and stability.

After setting pattern password and fingerprint if i reboot into recovery, it asks for text password, but i'm using pattern, so i cant install zips. A workarround is to remove passwords and then reboot. There is any incompatibilities between this rom and TWRP?
Another issue was happening when the phone boots and asks for password, if i didnt enter the password in about 2 seconds the phone reboot into recovery, is it normal?

I'm using the lastest TWRP (3.3.0 by makorn645).

Had the same issue. Its the TWRP but unfortunately i don't remember what TWRP i used to get over it. I Remember i used Makorn's 3.3.0 and then when it had issues i flashed another TWRP.

Would be nice for developer to post a comment of an upcoming update to this great rom .

Last update 6 weeks ago!

But there is a notice from Telegram DotOS channel that "Next, Big Release is Near" :)
