I uploaded a new build with MicroG included:
lineage-16.0-20200522-UNOFFICIAL-cedric.zip
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261815830

- Security patch levels of 2020-05-05
- MicroG included (just a build from CodeZeros sources)
- Root not included (can be activated by flashing "addonsu-16.0-arm64-signed.zip")
- Signature spoofing: restricted patches
- Signed with my own keys
- No wipe needed from my previous builds
- If you come from a different version, you may have to wipe, because I use my own keys.
- No camera bugs when installing Magisk module "Various Fixes for Moto G5/G5S"
- Only VoWiFi is not working (If anybody got it running please give me a hint...)

Enjoy flashing

Cheers

Are you sure about no camera bugs? That would be legendary. To confirm, please install Open Camera, set it to Camera2 API and try to shoot 3 photos WITHOUT going to Gallery or reopening Open Camera or going to it's settings or doing anything else between them. If that works, I give you another test case for a different camera bug and if that works, we are a big step nearer offical LineageOS.

I guess that didn't work ;)

Shame on my head again :D
I wanted to upload it already, but unfortunately this doesn't work very often with Androidfilehost. Also, the download numbers are very low, so I'm very unsure if there is a demand for it.

I have also seen your build (MintOS) and I am now thinking about switching. Unfortunately the Camera Fix Module is currently missing from Magisk.

But now I got it uploaded so here is the link:

Hi,
I'm looking for a 64 bits ROM for my G5 as Pokemon will not support 32 bit versions in few months.
I wanted to know if Safetynet is working fine on this ROM if we didn't install root ?
Thx

Hi all,
I also still use this ROM. It works great for me. So what does it take to convince @CodeZero to built a current version of this ROM?
Yes, I know that 17.1 is out there. But I am somewhat afraid to switch to 17.1. To my understanding there is no seemless transition path, and I simply don't want to spend days again to bring all my customisations and modifications back to my phone.

Source code is on the 1st post - if you want to build a current version you are free to do so

No device changes have been made so all you would get is any security update or lineageos changes which probably wouldn't be worth the effort or setting up the build environment

Thanks for the response. But this is excactly the point: I thought it might be much easier for CodeZero to generate a new image than someone else having to start from scratch.

It would take exactly the same amount of time for him too as it would for you as the chances are he doesn't have the build environment for this rom as he's moved on (each rom build environment you need at least 100gb free storage)

The sources are on the 1st post - you just have to sync the repos and build it

    About LineageOS

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9.0 (pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
