Go to twrp
Wipe everything (including internal, since you told me you already did this many times)
Flash the rom
Boot it
If the message still there, download dm-verity zip (you can googling it)
Back to twrp, flash the zip, reboot to system.
I did face the same problem like you, but i just need to reflash the rom from twrp.
what kind of question is this? nothing will be happen when you log into samsung account in the setting.
sorry I read some post in other Thread that if you connect your Samsung acc to a Custom Rom, it will lock your phone and goes into FRP Lock state

Trust me, There's a very little chance of happening that. People use lot of samsung apps and features including Bixby in custom Roms which need samsung acc login.
And By any chance, if it went into FRP lock state , There are ways to bypass that.
