I am on Havoc 2.8. When I tried to flash original global stable MIUI rom via TWRP my phone stuck in miui logo for hours. I tried flashed the MIUI ROM along with lazyflasher dm varity zip. But somehow the lazyflasher zip failed to flash, and I got stuck. I tried several versions of lazyflasher files but all keep failing to flash.
Anyone can guide about it?
Try flash from PC via MiFlash tool, Check "clean all" at the right bottom of window, Don't check "clean all and lock", which is the default option.

Also unzip the zip file on desktop or directly to the root of any drive.
If you choose to unzip inside any folder, then make sure the folders don't have spaces in their names.

But won't the fastboot flashing lock the bootloader again?
You can unlock bootloader again. 3 times in a row within 72 hours. But once you unlock 3 times, then you have to wait 72 hours to unlock again.

If that happens, make sure you add account again and keep it added for 72 hours straight. Don't change or logout account as it would reset the 72 hour limit and you would have to wait 72 hours more from the last login.

I can directly flash this MIUI pie rom from Havoc, but it gives issues with miui login, and then can't use themes also.
Though MIUI has many spam apps, this MIUI pie rom is really nice one. And for that I will go through the all long PC flashing method.
BTW for PC flashing I need fastboot ROM, right?

Yes. Fastboot Rom is a must. And make sure you backup your internal storage as it will be wiped in the process.
