This rom really rocks! Only issue for me: Android Auto is acting weird. I have my phone connected to my cars head unit via USB:
-It struggles to play music, lots of tracks keep buffering
-Phone screen turns of during Android Auto and can't be turned on again ( I usually use both screens at the same time)
-After Android auto usage the phone screen doesn't stay on (only lids for a short second), reboot needed to fix this.

Keep up the good work @markakash !!

Adaptive brightness is working better now. Still training it. From what I read your need to keep adjusting it for at least 4-5 days until it learns what your want.

Battery drain seems lower for me too. Today wasn't a typical day as I did two OTA updates. From a full charge this morning I've 27% remaining at 9pm.

Keep up the great work akash:)

Strange. Did you start from scratch or did you already have a fingerprint set up?
I started from scratch with no fingerprints

Latest build is lit! Everything works great. Impressed by the FP fix.
I want to thank you very much! probably the best ROM I have ever used.
Use this as my daily driver. Also great you update the security patches. Would be great to have a Pixel style security update every month.

Everything works great for me.

But! I still got the following issue no matter what I do:

- When I connect my Xiaomi airdots (BL headset) youtube videos stutter and there is no audio. Actually no audio at all in any app with BL headset.
- Twitch stream only shows black screen but play audio (without BL headset there is audio but still no video)

I tried latest vendor: Then my camera doesnt work anymore.
I tried dirty flashing PE rom again: did not help

I read that this is not an issue for most of you, so it is not the rom i guess. What am i missing here? Any suggestions?

    Happy Flashing

He is also busy with a different ROM, PanAndroid ROM. So he is definitely a busy guy. But with leaving it unfinished doesn't make it a proper developer ;)
He can better stick with one ROM even the PE rom is not finished, and improve that one and if it is really working, he can slowly do different ROMS, adding security patches etc.

For me it comes more like he needs to be seen. But OK, i am stick again with the .eu ROM for now. Is the most stable / battery less drain ROM i have now.
MIUI can be terrible but still. Knowing it will fix issues by the week ;) mostly.
I never abandoned PE, I am waiting for August patch to be merged. Whats the use of sending weekly builds if nothing major has been fixed or added. Till now I have fixed the following issues:
    - NFC is back
    - Safetynet is fixed
    - Phone randomly dying is fixed.
The only "issue" left now is enforcing the kernel for GPay stuff. Now you tell how is that abandoning the rom? Also, I have a personal life. I m a full time student and need to study too:D. So, please keep patience. If there hasn't been update for 3 weeks doesn't mean its dead. Have some patience. Fixing issue isn't easy, takes time and lot of effort. I do this in my free time, I don't get paid to do it.
Update will be out once August patch is merged in source.

Its Update Time! New PixelExperience build is available!

    - August security patch merged
    - r_46 merged
    - Kernel upstreamed to .90
    - Safetynet has been fixed
    - Phone randomly not waking up has been fixed
    - Kernel is enforcing
    - Switched to brightness model from Sargo
    - Switched to NQ NFC
    - Lots of improvements to device and source :)

PS: Because of the whole rebase, I recommend to clean flash this update :)

Note: I am aware of the PixelExperience+ version. I will release Plus version in the future when we have added some more stuff there :)

    Enjoy :)

    New PixelExperience build is live!
