Bugs:

- NFC has been enabled but i highly recommend you disable it and make sure it's turned off to prevent excessive battery drain.
- Navigation bar glitches sometimes.
- You must flash the sound picker fix right after you flash both the ROM and Gapps first to fix sounds in settings from force closing.
- ROM will reboot once when showing the boot animation towards the end but after that reboot it should boot normally.
- You tell us!

1. Download the ROM, and GApps from the links below.
2. Wipe everything except internal storage.
3. Flash the ROM and GApps.
4. Flash Magisk 19.3 to get root access.
5. Reboot and Enjoy!

Hello ,thanks, I tried first to update twrp 3.0.2.0 to the last version but unfortunately it doesnt work (not enough space etc) , then first I will install the stock image to go back to the stock recovery , and directly install the last twrp, After that --> repartition and install this rom.
Thanks for your reply .

Pixel Setup keeps stopping. I've partitioned and wiped everything except internal storage. Coming from Pixel experience because of GPS not working on Pixel Experience. Please help.

Hi I need more information please. Is your device flo or deb? Did you wipe everything except internal storage? Are you using latest twrp that came out a few days ago? Have you repartitioned your device? Are you using latest opengapps nano pie zip? I tested the ROM and I have no issues with pixel setup crashing.

Thanks for the ROM! I noticed a couple of issues so far on the 6/9 build. 1) The sound picker does not work (crashes) even with the fix posted and 2) Another crash when searching in the settings app... I do like the features of this ROM, especially substratum and the detailed power settings.... This is a clean install with GAPPS nano from today...

the fix does work you have to flash the fix right after you flash both the rom and gapps together first then you can flash the fix because the gapps package installs the broken sound picker so you have to flash it after gapps if you have done that then you should be able to uninstall updates from the soundpicker then make sure that auto updates in play store is turned off

if these dont work boot to twrp on your device go to mount menu and make sure system is checked next go to advanced and click on file manager and look for the folder that says system click on that and it should give you a bunch of folders you need to browse app and priv-app and look for the apks with soundpicker in the name it should be soundpicker prebuilt or something like that look in both priv-app and app and manually delete those apks using twrps file manager. then factory reset using twrps slide to factory reset then you can flash the sound fix and once rom is setup make sure auto updates is turned off in play store

Crash in settings is a known bug and i cant find a fix but it will be listed as a bug in the OP:)

Got it sorted. I didn't realize the play store was updating to a version that didn't work. Also, ro.sf.lcd_density is set to 480 in build.prop, it should be set to 320 for Nexus 7 (fixes the display size). Thanks for the reply!

i like the display at 480 because i like the bigger display but will make a addon flashable zip that will revert it back to 320 instead of 480 and you can flash it after you flash the rom:)

@JT1510365 I just wanted to say a big Thank you for bringing the Pie based roms to the Nexus 2013 (flo). I'm really enjoying this Havoc OS based rom. If you have any other devices (i have a Xiaomi A1 Tissot), see if EvolutionX is available for your device..it's another fantastic rom, that is Pie based. Im currently using that on my Tissot as its like Havoc but feels a bit lighter resources wise in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Because you will still get soundpicker force close if you dont factory reset but if you go to twrp and delete soundpickerprebuilt.apk from system/app then go to /data/data folder and look for the data folder that has google sound or soundpicker in it from twrp you need to delete that one folder from data folder final step but not done yet step is to go to /data/dalvik-cache folder in twrp and look for the two files that have soundpickerprebuilt in the name you will need to delete those files they should have dex at the end then reboot let the tablet boot up and then boot into recovery and flash my fix. Make sure auto updates is turned off in play store or else the app will update to new version and it wont work. Hope this helps and if you cant find my fix its on my androidfilehost so just search jt1510365 on google and you will find my profile. This is the only way you will be able to do it without factory resetting:)
