look like you modified the thermal-engine ? because i dont feel a cpu/gpu throtling like other rom while doing benchmark or gaming and i love it :) but as a result it get a bit hotter. maybe you can adjust it a bit more so it get cooler while charging+gaming. overall fantastic performance!

Help, my phone won't charge after flashing a new firmware. It says 'charging' but it's not charging at all, after a while the battery is dead. I leave it to charge overnight but the led notification just blinking with blank screen. I just sent it to fix but the guy says he didn't notice any damage from the port/battery. Is this because the rom? I haven't tried flash another rom yet because the MTP not working also :(
I'm afraid it happened due to overheating because the modified thermal-engine in this rom. Anyone can confirm? (sorry for broken english)

No we didn't modify anything there just updated it to pie release from mi a2 which is the same phone just Android one

Thats not any issue of that firmware. My devices charges without issues and mtp works too. I use it daily and never faced such issues. Sorry
Reflash your device via miflash back to stock rom and flash custom rom again.
