Not sure why, but I can't get the phone to boot to the system after installing according to directions. I am on December patch and have tried it twice already. First, I tried while rooted and in TWRP. I also tried a completely clean install having erased everything. After it finishes, it boots to four colorful lights dancing around on screen but they never boot into system. Waited over 15 minutes and nothing. Did I miss something? Did anyone get it to work? If so, please share your precise steps. I'm going back to my TWRP backup.

Has anyone successfully flashed this yet? Lots of interest - and I am looking forward to giving it a shot but would like to hear from a few people (more brave than I ) to see how it is working....I do want to thank the Dev for the work on this rom - it is greatly appreciated - been waiting for a rom and glad we finally have one....just a bit nervous - LOL -
