hi, NepoRood,
1. I tried to flash latest Scorpion-v3.0-blueline-20191218-2259-Beta.zip on my Pixel 3, but got "error 28 kdownloadoperationexecutionerror" in TWRP. Maybe you know how to solve that problem?
2. where we can get version 2.8 for blueline?
3. what for is the boot.img, hosted on the download page?

Scorpion v2.x is no longer in development, we are now doing v3.x (Android 10), you should go here for more information

    Installation:
    You should be using the most current factory images from Google
    Reboot to TWRP recovery or fastboot boot TWRP
    Wipe/Factory Reset
    Flash the ROM zip
    Flash the TWRP install zip (Optional)

    If you want root, setup the device first, then boot back to TWRP and flash current Magisk

    Updating:
    Remove/Disable any Substratum Overlays
    Reboot to TWRP recovery or fastboot boot TWRP
    Flash the ROM.zip
    Flash TWRP install.zip (Optional)
    If you are not rooted with Magisk, reboot system
    If you are rooted with Magisk:
    Reboot recovery
    Flash Magisk.zip
    Reboot system

    ScorpionROM v2.1

    This update adds quite a few new features, see change log below. If you're already running Scorpion, just follow the directions under "Updating" below. The OP will be updated following this post.

    Downloads:

    First Time Installation:
    Make sure you are coming from December factory images
    Reboot to TWRP recovery or fastboot boot TWRP
    Wipe/Advanced Wipe: Dalvik / ART Cache, system and data
    Flash the ROM zip
    Flash the TWRP install zip
    Reboot (You'll see "No OS Installed", this is normal on A/B devices)

    If you want root, setup the device first, then boot back to TWRP and flash Magisk


    Updating:

    Hey all, I just wanted to drop a line to let everyone know that we haven't abandoned this project ;)

    We have a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes, with the ROM, XDA, life and other stuff. We are still actively working on making improvements to the ROM and adding some new features. We've done a total rebase of the source code and we are also trying to get ourselves a Gerrit review site up and working.

    Hopefully we'll have something for you to flash very soon.
