Nope its just disabled by default you have to activate it using kernel auditor.

In the instructions, it states that the first boot should take a few minutes but mine has been at the Android logo for about 30 minutes now. I tried rebooting a few times as well now but it doesn't get passed the Android logo. Any advice?

You've probably bricked your device...switch to twrp recovery and re-flash the rom after factory reset.

i flashed viper4android and since then calling is broken. cant hear anyone and no one can hear me. tried dirty flashing but that didnt fix the problem. any ideas?

device manager in windows 7 has yellow exclamation marks next to following devices. i've installed Oneplus USB drivers still no luck. what drivers do i need to resolves the yellow exclamations?

Sorry for not releasing it earlier,i was not planning to release this build since i didn't get to work on device tree,but since I'll be busy for a couple of days,you can flash this build.
