Perhaps you didn't actually read my post before firing off this pointless response? I said "which he usually also updates monthly." Given that pro.aggro is already using this ROM it seems unlikely that he's unaware of monthly updates, so what exactly is your purpose other than increasing your post count? You get senior membership for 100 posts, but beyond that there are no benefits, so please post things that are actually useful rather than just noise.

anyways i think if you are using pixeldust u stay in that thread , or comeback to Nitrogen and become eligible to post in this thread.

Whenever I carry my phone in the trouser pocket, it somehow opens a random app and keeps on running it. Sometimes it opens the Clock app and runs the stopwatch. If it opens a web site it doesn't take much battery power, but the stopwatch does. I feel that some app had been started, especially the stopwatch, because of the heat it produces. Anyway, I'm not sure this is just an Android problem or a NOS problem. I usually don't have a security lock (its a bloody headache to have one), but if I put a pin to open the screen, this doesn't happen.

I'm currently on Nitin's Pixel Dust, having swapped from NOS a few months ago, but perhaps there is a Settings/Gestures/Pocket detection in NOS?
Edit: possibly not. PD has it in PD Settings/Gestures. Still, it's worth checking if you have it in NOS.

My trusty Nexus 6 went to heaven about 2 months ago and I just bought another on swappa. I came here to download the latest Nitrogen and see that the latest release was June, not July. Did Nitin quit maintaining his ROM? I see the same is true for his Pixel Dust. Really sad. Should one assumr these fine ROMS have been put to rest? I realize this phone is pretty old but it is the best I've ever used. Seems like there aren't may other ROM choices.

Monthly updates. Don't worry, they will come.
Pixel dust is being rebased, so it may be later.
