Its has it but it doesn't work. Dunno if it's implemented in the rom properly.

the phone refuses to boot.

i don't know why, but any ROM i try doesn't boot, including this one. (the only one that does is Pixel Experience, which i dont like all that much).

ive tried flashing multiple times, with different recoveries and different gapps packages, but nothing works. the phone just gets stuck in a bootloop.

can anyone help me out here?

flash rom then flash arm64 9.0 gapps then reeboot

@Shahan_mik3 hello, I installed the latest NitrogenOS but there are some bugs, the icons are cut in the status bar then there is the possibility to hide the notch but activating it does not change anything because it remains the same notch visible and then some translations to be corrected.

Did you check your gapps version? Try booting without flashing magisk

i figured out another way around it. i backed up the boot partition from Pixel Experience and i restore it after flashing a rom, works fine now.

Hide notch will be added in next tag update i.e next week

I posted some examples of the way notifications are handled in this rom on imgur: https://imgur.com/a/xbyMqM0 . I have 'font size' on small and display size on default (the options in accessibility settings), I haven't touched any other settings that mess with the display size.

Hotspot is working but whenever I set a password to it and again try to connect my iPad or with my PC it shows my hotspot as open network whereas I set a password for my hotspot

Yeah its a bug.. Will be fixed soon enough I believe coz it has started to get fixed in other ROMs as well.. So hopefully next build will fix it
