What do you mean by saying wastage of data!!!!!!
Always keep this in mind:-
1.Respect the developers,because they are not paid to do this work and some DEVs consider, porting as hobby.
2.If you didnt like this ROM,there are many other ROMs available in your Android development Section.

Bro I m supporting his other works but this should b mentioned coz everyone don't have unlimited data n I m posting this while using his thunder rom v2 only

Yaa me too agree with you that everyone dont have unlimited data to download..!!
But after saying this wastage of data,you can also add one sentence,i.e Good work Bro(it encourages DEVs)

* Replace All Files from STOCK to this Folder
* Now go to
\smali\com\android\server
* Replace All Files from STOCK to this Folder
* Compile framework.jar and Push to Device!
* This Should FIX Bootloop, Mms.apk, Phone.apk,
Settings.apk, Contacts.apk Force Close

but there are minor bugs like dailer and deepsleep on every rom
these minor bugs spoil all your hard work ...
most of user flash your roms ,tests and revert back to stock or some other roms

please fix those minor bugs so that we can use it as daily roms
