I am on stock Miui now&sec patch is from 08.2022. Shame that Xiaomi dropped support. Some Redmi/Poco phones has worse hw, but got updates(Miui 14 etc)
1. I need to unlock bootloader, flash twrp. Then do format of all data. But where to put flashable img then? Usb drive with otg adaptor?
2. Bluetooth, 4g,hotspot, Volte,double tap to wake, DT on top to lock, fingerprint scanner are working?
3. How many gb ~ is available for user when just clean flashed last build?
4. Gaps package has a lot of stuff in it? Propably could go with vanilla and flash pico(minimum) for runing Gplay. But what gaps are supported? And where to get them?

1. After formatting data you can just copy the flashable zip to the storage from PC (the device should be recognized by PC in recovery mode) or you can use USB OTG.
2. All these functionalities are working, maybe I'm not 100% sure about VoLTE (I'm not the dev but the tester) but I think it works as well.
Do you use Telegram? If yes, join to our group and channel (links in the OP), other users can confirm this for you.
3. I can't tell you the exact number but Octavi is much lighter than MIUI
4. Not too many but things like Setup Wizard, Digital Wellbeing and some other services. Vanilla is probably even better, recommended Gapps package is MindTheGapps (by LineageOS team) as it is reported as most stable. Wake on lift not working? Or how do i enable it. Whats up with the notification bar, when i swipe down i get 2 off everything like clock and signal strength battery level. Otherwise awesome rom, running smooth thanks

As for the status bar, it seems to be a bug indeed, I'll report to the developer

Awesome! lift to wake works now. Running real good like a new phone and great battery time, thank you!
Installed over CipherOS 3.8 with TWRP without any issues. Looking good so far.
Some Magisk module? Nothing like that in my case and havent heard any other reports...
Hey, my minote seem to charge slower than before on miui. Wattage is around 12W, been around 20 on miui (standard 18w quick charge 4.0 brick). And that's despite most users report 30w is workind flawlessly... Kinda strange
Google Play Service consumes a lot of battery. If I go into battery usage it indicates over 10% in my case. Why?
Just installed gcam lmc 8.4 and it seems that 3.7x camera is not working properly. Moreover any shot besides the main snapper is not saved in photos. I snap it - and nothing happens. What can i do? (Checked the config, others confirmed that config works on their octavi os 4.1). It's just super strange

True, it happened to me too. With the Magisk module attached there is an improvement. Also don't look at the AoD values, they can be misleading. Check with a kernel manager, Franco or Smart-Pack e.g.
Can't tell you, doesn't seem to be ROM related. Maybe an app that you use keep using GMS in background?
I don't know. Battery status is good. I also turned off auto sync. Yesterday it consumed 13% of my battery. Today 2%.

Updates depend on the source, but generally they are provided once a month (if nothing major happens). From what I know, Github trees are not up to date, but new security patches are being implemented with every release. You can download April builds from the links in the OP (thanks for pointing me out to the old date, forgot to update, it is corrected now). New build is under testing now.thanks for that information is there a expected timeline for new updates? like "usually every 3 months" or something like that?

REPORTING BUGS
As soon as the problem occurs, take a logcat!
How to take logs:
1) use an app like Matlog (root needed), start recording in the app, reproduce the bug, save the result in the app and share it in a post here or on the Telegram Device Group
2) from the PC: useadb logcat > log.txtcommand, reproduce the bug and then share the log.txt file
How to get ramoops:
• reboot to recovery before booting into system again
• open the terminal in the recovery
• type in the terminalcat /sys/fs/store/console-ramoops-0 > /sdcard/ramoops.txt
• boot into system and share the ramoops.txt that you'll find in the storage root folder
