Donated three times.
I belive in mcfly Work and Hope to See a stable release of pie. ???

Very nice rom for the A3 2017 A320FL!
Besides the wifi toggle issue, I'm having a good experience for 2 days. I was running Ressurection Remix before, but this one seems to be more stable for me.

Also donated a bit, I really appreciate the work that has been put into getting this device running. Thanks!

Can't confirm that (3 fingers teached). Not tried the 4th which should be possible now according to changelog.
But I have not taken them over from previous LOS. As backup with Pin/Fingerprints are useless (at least if you want keep the cabability to recover it to another A3), I disabled them before creating a TWRP backup and installation of new LOS.

Apparently the scanner became fast again overnight.

Bluetooth battery drain

Does anyone else get excessive battery drain by bluetooth?
I turn bluetooth on twice a day for 10 minutes. At the end of the day battery usage reports 20-30% used by "Bluetooth".

I've flashed this ROM several times. Whenever I don't get my battery drained by "Mobile Network Standby", I get it drained by Bluetooth in about the same percentage per hour. Those drains are sort of "interchangeable", I've observed. Some wrong computing, I guess, of the battery use. But in any case, something is draining the battery.

Battery....

I have looked in my battery setting. Usage of the last 24 hours: Bluetooth 87% / Apps 3% / System 3% / Hibernation 2% / Mobile network 1% / WLAN 0% / maybe Bluetooth is somehow related to WLAN?

I can't find the setting anymore where I can enable to start Music-App while plugin a headphone ?!? I remember to have seen this once in LOS. Anyone found it or can help me with that?

Flashed this ROM less than 12 hours after the initial flash with which I had issues with the lack of sensitivity of the fingerprint scanner.

It's been a few days since then and I have had no issues. Mic works flawlessly, all sensors work great, AOD is really good, battery is a bit better than the latest RR ROM, performance is good and UI theming doesn't crash. No random reboots.

All in all, both the latest RR and LOS 15.1 ROMs are great daily drivers, pick LOS for better battery or RR for more customization.

OP could do one more major update to RR and LOS 15.1, freeze them and move on to full Pie development. At least that's what my phone has shown me.

Hmm... Might be, but I don't think so. I suspect Bluetooth drain and Mobile Network Standby drain are communicating vessels. Try the following: switch bluetooth off, recharge the battery and don't switch bluetooth on for one full battery cycle. See if now the huge drain is blamed to Mobile Network Standby.

Do you have a dual SIM?

I have been using latest build for a week now, had one random reboot and one bt crash - needed reboot to get bt back on again. Battery life seems about the same as stock. Fast and smooth working well so far ;)

I believe I have met 2 issues :
- when using a BT headphone, the player auto-start at connection, but it does not stop when the BT headphone is disconnected. On the contrary, sound is emitted by the phone speaker
- when coping files on my SD card, the file size seems to be ok on the phone (files can be oppened on the phone), but when I copy back a file, its size is 0 octet and files can not be opened on the computer. (Apparemently, MyphoneExplorer also sees an issue with file sizes on the phone)

NFC broken in December release?

Thanks for the awesome ROM. I've been using the last three releases (current December release) but in this release NFC is broken for me. It worked in the previous release. Unlike the 3rd last release nfc is broken in a different way now. It can be activated but no tags are recognized.

Looking forward for some help and keep up the great work!

Does anybody know if the FM Radio works with this build?
Imho there is no FM-radio build in, isn't it?
Regarding power drain of Bluetooth: Is it a real drain or just logged as a huge drain. Reason for that can be a broken power scheme where OS knows from which component requires how much power.
Beside that I am very happy with this ROM. :good:

Even if McFy doen't get it runnning as official (I guess the Selinux is an issue) I hope he can build every once a while a version with latest LOS and security fixes. Thank you!

Turns out this is caused by PetNoire's SafetyNet Spoofer! So it's unrelated to your ROM. Many thanks again for the great work.

    Lineage OS 15.1

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.1 (oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

We appreciate McFy's work but I think it's not hard to only tell us how things are going. I think it's not a problem at all... Thanks.
I fixed nfc, gps seem to be fixed, I don't know yet when I will release but I hope it to be soon, Too I expect to share a bug less rom. I need just to adjust things and test it to see if all work in daily life !
