Thanks, I found that too, seems there are no changes.

But then a more important question: does LineageOS support VoWIFI or VoLTE? My operator supports them, but I can't find any related settings on the latest nightly. Are they somewhere hidden?

Both are supported. I'm on T-Mobile US and I really didn't have to toggle anything to get it working. It actually started working after treble support was added a couple of months ago.

It depends on country and carrier. In Germany for example volte an vowifi don't work by stock. Only if you do the workaround (is in another thread, haven't tried it yet)

I know my operator supports VoLTE and VoWIFI on the stock OnePlus 5, just saw it operating on a friend's phone.
And I've seen the thread about having the support with LineageOS by Jamal (if I remember correctly the name).

But is it possible to have that support in the official LineageOS, or are there reasons why it is not there?

Unless he is using different device trees/source or has fixes official Lineage doesn't, there shouldn't be much reason for it to not work. Like what was said above you can try the workaround found here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5t/how-to/guide-volte-vowifi-german-carriers-t3817542 to see if it'll work. Otherwise make sure you're flashing the ROM with the correct firmware.

Thanks for the answer. Maybe I wasn't clear previously. My friend is using official OxygenOS 5.1.7 on OnePlus 5, not LineageOS. And OxygenOS supports VoWIFI/VoLTE.
I was hoping LineageOS 15.1 on my OnePlus 5 would support them as well, but it doesn't (or I simply cannot find it under any settings, nor does it work automagically). I have the latest firmware 5.1.7 and the latest LOS installed.

Since there is a this thread having already a solution to this, I was hoping the solution would have already been integrated to LineageOS.

But is it?

hello, i am experiencing a strange behaviour of my mobile network icon that happens only with los.
it keeps resetting itself often every few seconds and i still havent figured out if its only the icon or the network itself which is having troubles. I am in italy and using I TIM network.
With oos it looks always very stable. Anyone else experienced this behaviour? is there a fix or a configuration i should try to make it more stable?
thank you in advance

i've made some other tests and i've found that i get this issue only using LTE band.
according to my mobile network the band frequencies used here in italy are these:
TIM: 800 MHz (B20), 1800 MHz (B3), 2600 MHz (B7);
could it be something related to the radio module? but why it doens't happen with stock oos?
any help would be appreciated

Hey I had some strange behavior after trying to update my system. It deleted my browser just now and caused my screen once to go back and white about a week ago. I had to reset my steam to reverse this issue.

Can any confirm/deny whether VoLTE is present in the builds ?

I checked and it seems LineageOS 15.1 doesn't support VoLTE.

I thought it was a SIM problem. Had a friend who has a OnePlus 5 running stock OOS 5.1.7. Asked to run my sim and the VoLTE option was there in the settings and was seeing VoLTE in the status bar. So can confirm it is not available in lineage.

Does anyone know how to enable VoLTE ?

Unable to update

I'm on the version from Nov. 16th and am unable to upgrade to any more recent version. TWRP shows an error message but just for a blink and then goes to the TWRP main screen so I'm unable to get an error message.
Reading some of these posts, it seems you are required to update TWRP to version 3.2.3. However, if I do that and boot into TWRP, I'm not asked for the encryption password and thus the partitions cannot be read and just show garbage. I tried the TWRP version from codeworkx (https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...overy-twrp-3-2-1-0-oreo-oxygenos-5-0-t3725723) as well as the official version (https://twrp.me/oneplus/oneplus5.html).
How can I update to a more recent version?
How can I fix the encryption issue of TWRP 3.2.3 without downgrading?

Flash 5.1.7 firmware and then try upgrading to a newer build.
