* Introduction *
Hi y'all. When I bought this phone (well actually it was meant for my dad but anyways) (not anymore) I hoped that it would have at least GApps. Well it did have ANYTHING. Everything was in chinese and the GApps Installer for Xiaomi devices didnt work. So I decided to make this ROM and get rid of everything that has chinese on it. Anyways, I will try to keep this ROM updated as much as possible and at the same time, I will try to fix the camera issue that my port from the A9000 HK has

*Installation Guide*
You must have unlocked bootloader, TWRP installed and a working brain in order to install this ROM
1. Download this ROM
1b. Download the correct GApps (ARM64, 6.0, pico or nano) from opengapps.org
1c. Download this patch
1d. Download the latest CP/Modem in order to avoid any WLAN issue (Link Here )
2. Copy them to the internal (or external) storage
3. Boot to TWRP
4. Wipe data cache system
5. Install my ROM
6. Install the patch
7. Install GApps
8. Reboot to download mode (DO NOT REBOOT TO SYSTEM)
9. Flash the CP via Odin
10. Done

Hi. I will try to stick around here as long as I own the device. While it is not my primary device, I always try to keep up everything. The Wifi works just fine because it is based on the Chinese ROM. The international ROM is not working completely.
The dpi is the same as the stock. It is already pretty big.

It will fix:
1. The SMS issue (it seemed that you received the same SMS twice)
2. Clock is now fully working (the alarm feature works fine)
3. It is much much lighter
4. Gallery app is changed
5. Galaxy Apps is updated
and propably much much more that I have forgot

Just in time! I was having issues with the A9100 sinced I flashed root and xposed, I don't get text messages consistently. I'll flash this!

EDIT: Damn this ROM is neat! I'm happy I don't have to deal with chinese apps and features anymore! Loving this!
I'm excited for the duplicate messages to be fixed soon!

I have two different 128gb (transcend & Toshiba). Both of them are recognised as corrupted and says that they need format. When i perform the format that i am asked to do, it goes from the beginning. There are no issues with one 8gb and one 16gb that i have, they're recognised immediately without even need to be formatted.

I'm glad that you liked this ROM. The SMS bug is fixed and it is planned for the next release. I'm just facing other minor issues. When I fix them, I will release it.

It is not possible to add any other language since it is chinese only

I tried on latest fw and wifi works fine as it should. About adding other languages, it is possible and done before but developer sells the rom.

Boot in recovey (twrp) mode, Install the menu -> rom rom (BasicPlus_1.zip) and (open_gapps-arm64-6.0-nano-20170322.zip). Reboot-> Stop -> press the power button.
Rom starts OK but does not have WI-FI. Gapps just makes me crazy "Unfortunately, Google Play services stopped".
What's wrong ... where did I go wrong?

In my understanding: 1) you didn't wipe before installing , 2) you didn't flash the patch at the end, 3) Don't reboot between steps, just use the back button.

Read the instructions, they are clear, just follow them to the letter

I followed your advice and really I forgot to apply the patch. The gapps package now works perfectly. Only the WI-FI problem did not disappear.
If I try to activate the WI-Fi it turns off in 3 seconds.
Is it just me or is it a known bug?
Can it fix this?

I am glad i helped,
I am not the creator of this ROM, t-shock is.
I have the same problem with you regarding WI-FI.
Hopefully t-shock will fix it in his much anticipated update, because it's a serious one.

Well I'll be missing from my home for a couple days and the update is a little bit delayed. But all issues have been fixed

Now, I never had that issue with the WiFi. Could you tell me how to reproduce it?
