no, i had some issues so decided not to include them in this release, probably on a later release, i hate bugs on my releases..

It's for people with poor or no tower reception.

Wifi call does not use plan minutes per tmobile. I mainly use due to lack of signal. I have no 3 or 4 g.

^ wifi calling does use up plan minutes as per tmobile actually.

I need wifi calling because i get pool cell service in my apartment.
