I followed your instructions regarding how to update, but it doesn't work, the phone remains stuck on the boot logo screen as I said

Yes it's working for me.
Flash ROM and Gapps, boot and flash boot.ing after booting.

Because wi-fi and ril aren't working with the built in kernel.
But it should be fixed now.

1)after flashing the boot.img
Or 2)with your latest build

It means that the next build should have Wi-Fi and RIL working from the start, without having to flash boot.img.

Same problem of boot loop. Clean install..wipe system and data. Flash ROM.zip and gapps.zip...reboot to recovery twrp 3.0.2.
without First boot i have try to flash boot.img...only boot logo.
