Spain and France got an update from Orange in the same time and I'm pretty sure they've got the security patch too.
Also I've got no reboot so far. I think the bootloader really makes a difference..

I can't tell you that exactly because it has too many purposes. All I can say is that it can fix vulnerabilities in the ROM caused by bugs and other kind of software problems. Also is kernel related.
If you want to go back to stock then try to search for a build compiled after june 2016. Yes, Samsung updated the GT-N7100 even in 2016, but with some help from carriers.
I flashed the latest version for Romania Orange (even if I'm on Vodafone), and with that my bootloader got updated. So far I've got no random reboots and the ROM seems to be very stable, too bad videos are still a problem.

I did nothing, the phone is loaded by AICP 40 days ago, suddenly it removed all my contacts and google account, then I loaded fresh copy but it removes random apps and rest others.

open your gmail to see if its still active. the apps that ae removed , were they installed from play or through APK?
can you determine that?
Did you try to remove your Google account, clear Play data, reboot your phone and add your account again?

these are bad news for our NOTE 2
A friend gave me a NOTE 4 (not fully operational yet) , I may be think to repair it and move on

I see something strange on the bluetooth functions.
I have tried calling with my samsung hm1100 connected and it won't sound or the other side won't hear anything if I make an outgoing call, while it is working fine for incoming calls but with a little issue(getting no sound on both sides pf the call).
Can some one let me know how to fix this.

@andrewKode, in my opinion , this is the best Android N at this moment we are talking.
No random reboot, BT working, GPS working, substratum theme engine working better than any other rom.
Not working, SoDelicious , NO video calls in Whatsapp and Viper, but working pretty well in FB messenger.
In Lineage versions, since yesterday, have removed ROOT by default !!!
Thats my observations, make your own decision

In my humble opinion, this is the best Nougat Rom for our phone this moment.
I am using it as a daily driver for some time now. Updated in the today's version as well, the Rom is all I need.
If you don't care about video calls (I don't) the Rom is perfect.
It is a solid, fast , smooth, battery friendly, full substratum compatible, with a lot of customizations.
If that's what you are looking from a ROM , which you want for keeping your phone highly functional
(and not an electronic toy where to make experiments with kernels. governors, twicks until you brick it)
this is the Rom you are looking for.
