So installed UPDATE and when system rebooted received 1st screenshot. Total black screen but hard keys where lighten ( remember void kernel in the begging?) Just like that. Rebooted in recovery , cleared cache and dalvik rebooted, again same message '' system UI has stopped''
Reboot again in recovery, ( hard keys volume+ power home) flashed yesterday version 8/2/17 reboot , everything normal again
Uninstall previous installed font.
Made OTA update from the begging. New download and new installation. System rebooted, crashed again ''system UI has stopped'' black screen, hard keys lighten.
So back to recovery, clear cashe and dalvik reflash yesterday's ROM and reboot.
Back to normal again.

Yesterday I was talking about a tool that I found out here in XDA, Android Flashable Zip Creator v3.1 which thread is this :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software-hacking/tool-6-feb-android-flashable-zip-t3551772
and the download page of the tool is here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=23041
I think a lot of us can use this and save a lot of time as most of us are people flashing roms almost every day.
This tool can help you create a flash-able zip with all the apps you have installed in your rom , so every time you flash a new rom, you dont have to download and install each and every app from the beginning.
Also zip can be updated with new or updated apps, or could remove from there apps we dont need any more.
Its a very strong tool and worth give it a try.
Developers have done an incredible job and with our support and suggestions can make it even better for us.
I would like to share here a method, I found out of making a flash-able zip with all my apps which now I am able to flash from recovery after i have finished flashing rom.
1. Downloaded their tool from Downloads in post 1 (link Nr 2) and unzipped it in a folder in my ext sdcard.
2. Used Titanium back app and created an update.zip with all user apps installed in my phone.
I did this so to not have to look for each and every app installed in the phone. Just selected user apps (without data) and titanium selected all.
After that unzipped all these apks in a folder in ext card
3. connected my phone to a pc with windows 7 and latest java version installed in it and run FlashableZipCreator.jar from the folder i had previous unzipped.
4. program pop up and suggested a list of phones to choose the configuration for.
Our phone is there in the list, so its fully compatible and ready to use.
Added all the apks previous collected with Titanium and with the next click everything was successfully created.
A fashable zip file with aroma installer, which i later used and flashed from recovery with all my apps with just a click !
For people who are interested to also restore the data of these apps, I havent done it my self, but i think that, restoring a titanium backup, previous been taken and stored in ext sdcard, will give you everything you need with just 2 clicks and 5 minutes of your time.
So if all this sound interesting to you, now you've got the link and a road map, give it a try.
You can also add in that zip, fonts , themes and in the near future, as developers said, configurations and setting been made on the phone.
If you has this done, next time if an installation of the rom doesn't end up as you expected, you will not hesitate to make a clean flash from the beginning.
Happy flashing :)

Hi, someone knows something about this?

https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=70841356

Is it possible to merge this fix?
Sorry, but I don't know how is the procedure to add fixes or something or if this fix works really.
Very thanks.

In the first steps of all the 7.1.1 roms for our phone. we did tried to use this kernel as a fix in that time of random reboots.
It gave us more errors than fixed problems. So , we passed.
Now that the rom has reached a very high level of maturity , I don't think this will help in any way.
As a matter of fact , the kernel that this rom is using right now, is a fix for other ROMS for some particular errors.
So dont expect anything better using that, only problems can give to you.
But this is only my personal opinion and nothing more

I believe he means newer mali drivers (which are not used even in void) and not the kernel.

Sorry I misunderstood but as read there ,
they are waiting Lineage to push it in their codes,
so we all have to wait for that

Today's nightly builds are coming out with Magisk by [email protected] instead of previously used superuser, main reason being that Magisk makes phones pass SafetyNet tests. While we did extensive tests by our standards on many different devices, there are those that we don't currently own and couldn't test on. If you run into issues, let us know by responding to this thread. One last note, you have to boot once into ROM before flashing a custom kernel. And still it may not work. SO MAKE A BACKUP

You will need to grant ALL su permissions to root apps again.''

SO BE PREPAIRED . I AM :(

I failed to pass it when using 6.0.1 as I heard it was possible on some devices even with xposed
