AICP
Android Ice Cold Project

AICP is known by everyone as Android Ice Cold Project that started on HTC Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until lollipop, ROM has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CyanogenMod when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

Full Changelog link: goo.gl/mIgmYG

You can also view changelog at AicpExtras -> About -> Changelog on your phone

Let me know if you find one, other than the already known bugs

ROMs should contain everything you need to enjoy Marshmallow. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, Google Apps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

How to flash:

  • Install latest TWRP/CWM/Philz recovery on your device.
  • Make a backup of your current ROM.
  • Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik.
  • Flash ROM.zip and Googleapps.zip.
  • Reboot system and setup!

PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed!
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

If you want to contribute to the AICP or wanna see what is being worked on/merge feel free to visit our gerrit, link is at the bottom!!!

Anybody successfully flash this yet on the OnePlus 3T? Its not booting for me.

aicp_oneplus3_n-12.1-NIGHTLY-20170113, MD5 matches. Nano OpenGapps Arm64 7.1 13th January 2017

I get the device splash screen upon boot and then just black screen with blue LED. Been 30 minutes with no progress. Tried twice now, same results.

Are you 4.0 firmware? If not, that should solve any issues for you. Its working fine

I adb side loaded the entire 4.0.1 firmare. booted system to make to be sure eveything was A-ok. Back to fastboot and formatted userdata, flashed TWRP, wiped all partitions, flashed ROM&gapps. Still doesn't load. Just a black screen and blue LED and the phone getting super hot.

Any other ideas?

Both 4.01 and 3.54 doesn't work,
I also tried h2os and get the same end .
Is it because my data is f2fs????

I'm getting the same, about to try process described by kenzolo here:

Nice find. Let us know if it works or not. I don't mind doing it if it works but I'll wait to hear from you first in case its a dead end. :fingers-crossed:

@Saatvik Shukla any advice regarding the problem?

I was impatient. Tried it myself. Followed Kenzolo's instructions to a T. I kinda like that recovery. The progress bar is pretty cool.

However still not booting. Been on the black screen with blue led for about 6 minutes now. I'll give it another 9 minutes before giving up but it doesn't look hopeful at this point.

Still no joy for me with this version but Kenzolo's unofficial worked just fine.

If you still cannot get it boot in AICP 12.1, recommend do so:
1. Converting cache&data partition into ext4 if they're F2FS.
2. Flashing firmware 4.01 and then reboot to TWRP recovery.
3. Flashing AICP 12.1
4. Then Reboot

I don't think that's very realistic, that changes the whole setup of the phone just for one rom, if there is a problem with the rom running with F2FS then that needs to be examined instead of expecting people to change their whole environment.
