SystemUI After Using / Enter Into Mobile Hotspot More Option

@ManuProN5 And @Albe95 ... First, Enable Mobile Hotspot Then Enter Into Mobile Hotspot Press More Option Open [ Configure Hotspot ] Then Close It .. Press Recent Apps Button After Keep I Am Getting SystemUI Error ... When Ever I Press Recent Apps Button I Am Getting This Error .. Please Try It .. That Problem Only For Me Or Others Also :confused:

I thought I'm the only one with that problem, that's why I never said something. So it is a bug. I had it too. And only a full reboot solves this problem at the moment.

Yes ... Same Here Then One More Problem In Mobile Hotspot Only One Person Can Connect .. If You Want To Connect Another Device .. It Doesn't Work .. Only One Device Connecting ... Please Solve . I Need To Connect More Than Two Device .. It Connect Only One Device ... :crying:

In the meantime you can use another SMS application like textra. I have no issues sending long messages in Textra :)

Btw ManuProN5 congratulations with this fine pice of art ;)
Will the next release only include an "ultra-light" version or will there also be an update to this 'normal-lite" version ?

For caracters limits you have to use a root explorer
Go to CSC , then edit (others.xml) and change this lines like this :

Save then reboot
It works for me

Hi,

I'm using the lite version (v2) and so far I'm very happy with it. Great job @Albe95 and @ManuProN5 ! Though I have some problems and I hope they will be fixed in next version.

Bugs I have encountered :

- Scrolling music list in Music Widget is VERY laggy
- "4G only" option in Mobile Data menu is not available for me
- Setting a pattern in Lockscreen Settings is a bit hard to see, there are white dots with a white background

    Bugs:

    • Some Camera modes are not working.
    • Screen Mirroring isn't working. Even in Side Sync.
    • Sensor may be bugged after some time. Reboot to fix.


    Instructions to Install this Rom:

    1. Flash via Odin a Custom Recovery like Twrp or Philz Touch
    2. Update your Modem & Bootloader to the Latest Lollipop Ones by following this Guide
    3. Download the Rom from Download Link & put it on your device.
    4. Boot to recovery and choose (for TWRP): Wipe --> Advanced Wipe --> Dalvik, System, Data and Cache. Then Swipe.
    5. Now choose Install and search where you put the Rom.
    6. Tap on it and swipe. Wait until it install the Rom.
    7. Reboot and wait that it complete the first boot: It takes around 12 minutes!
    8. Some elements of the statusbar are english after first boot; make a fast reboot. This happened only for the first boot.
    9. To fix signal drop go to Settings/privacy and safety and disable diagnostic info report.
    10. Read post #3 before post any question!
    11. Enjoy the Rom.

    Tips & Info:

    1. Since I had recieved too much questions about it, this rom is based on G920F (S6) 5.0.2 Chinese build, with framework edited to run Note 5 Touchwiz 5.1.1 plus various 5.1.1 Note 5 system apps. This is why you'll find 5.1.1 in device info.
    Kernel and all part essentially (like GPU drivers, kernel, modules and libs) of course are still S4 5.0.1 one otherwhise device can't run.

    2. To Increase Battery Life & Increase Performance & Bloatware List Go to This Post.

    3. Hear Uncle Albe, make Wipe Data before installing the rom and don't blame me about stupid and newbie dirty flash ;)

    4. If while unlocking you randomly get camera open and to speed up the home button disable from the Camera app the opening with the double tap of home button.

    Q. I get signal drop on your v2. How to fix?
    A. Be sure to have latest modem for you variant then go to settings/security and privacy and untick report diagnostic

    Q. I have sensors bugged like camera upside down. Also I've random reboot. What can I do?
    A. If you have sensors bugged and random reboot it's because you have a different variant, then flash another kernel like Imperium one HERE

    Q. I don't have S6/S4 Apps in Galaxy Apps. How to get it?
    A. With a file manager open build.prop (in system folder) and change the ro.build.name to SM-G920F for S6 or GT-I9505 for S4. Then full reboot. Pay attention that S6 build id will make youtube lagging in 1080p video and S4 one will not let you download themes from themestore.

    Q. I open the launcher settings and enable power saving but now it's white on white. How to fix?
    A. Reboot.

    Q. Why sensors sometimes stop working?
    A. This is a known bug. Full reboot to fix.

    Q. I've already your ASTRA v1 can I install v2 without wiping data?
    A. As always I strongly suggest to make wipe data, you can do dirty flash, but then don't blame me for random crash/problems.

    Q. Can I flash another kernel?
    A. Yes but I suggest you to keep Aurora one if you have i9505, it's perfectly balanced with battery and UI. As I said before, if you get accelerometer bugged and random reboot, then flash another kernel.
