I think you need either TWRP or Orange fox to flash this ROM.
Ofcourse. But through fastboot. Or atleast that is the method i adopted.
1. Download OrangeFox-alioth-stable@R11.1_1_A12.zip from here
2. Extract recovery.img from zip file in adb folder
3. Copy zip file downloaded to your phone
4. Reboot your phone in fastboot
5. in adb, "fastboot boot recovery.img" This will boot into recovery
6. In recovery, flash the zip file you copied in step 3.
7. Reboot to system. Done.
You do this at your own risk.

My Mi11X is running 12.5.18, haven't really updated since they stopped supporting aliothin, I'm hoping I can avoid the hassle formatting my phone.

I installed it last night and really love it. The only change I did was changed the kernal after installing it which made it more powerful. Link to kernal is No Gravity Kernal. Developers are requested to please include this kernal in your next updates instead of Perf Kernal.
I used to use MiuiVN rom which is similar to this one but extra customizations and widgets. The only frustrating bug I faced in that rom was auto-brightness which would increase the device brightness to full for no reason.

all EliteRoms have call recording inside, as we use MIUI dialer and apps instead of google ones

The official HyperOS (Android 13) for Poco F3 (alioth) released today. So Mirza still updating our build and improvements. -

I already tested the EliteROM Lite latest build and confirm that now it's running very smoothly and reliable.

Just download the ROM from the above link and follow ALL the next steps:
1) Unlock the Bootloader, if didn't yet
2) Download the ROM in your Windows PC
3) Reboot your Poco F3 in the Fastboot Mode.
4) Unzip the ROM in your PC then execute in the EliteROM's Folder Directory the elevated command prompt:
windows_fastboot_install.bat
(*) When finished the device will automatically reboot into the system (first setup screen)
5) Ignore the HyperOS first setup screen and press the power button to REBOOT your device into the "Recovery Mode" (Orange Fox already installed by default now)
6) Wipe Dalvik and Data
7) Flash your Poco F3 with the New_Encryption_Enabler_OS1.0.24.3.4-PORT.zip file from unzipped ROM's folder in your PC (OTG Cable mandatory) then reboot into Recovery Mode again
8) Format Data and then reboot into the System
9) Enjoy it!1
