I tried uninstalling most of the Samsung apps, almost every Google App, and a bunch of other bloat. I've done it twice with the same result. I had done it before going through the initial setup, so it wouldn't have had any of the updated apps. I also tried it after that and the result was the same. Maybe I'm missing something.

I don't know for sure I never tried it on s7. I currently am unable too try it as my s7 phone is doa

Can you please answer this? When we finish all the steps(this forum steps not new root method steps just to be clear),which Kernel stay Eng-Kernel or stock-kernel.I try your root method(great job dude)but i just cant handle the friking lag.I try everything out there and just is not for me.So im want to try this method but only if i can keep the stock-kernel in the end.I only want to flash dual speaker and adblocking modes and come back to stock world. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have been using this rom for a few days now and for what ever reason, my phone keeps freezing and the screen doesn't turn on. I would have to force restart the phone just to get it back to usable conditions. Then after a few hours it freezes once again. I'm not sure if it's freezing or just won't turn on the screen because the notification light still blinks and I can still screenshot and get the vibration and sound feedback. The only things I have installed on Xposed is Logger, MinMinGuard, WiFi Password, XInsta, and YouTube AdAway. I have already cleared cache partition but the issue still comes back. I am also experience issues where when I open an app that may use another app such as Facebook, I would keep getting the Facebook has stopped responding message then the app I am trying to use closes as well.

There are a lot of xposed modules that work even if they tell you they need root. Some things may not work but some do

So like, no root like the last one......but safstrap and somehow rootless Xposed??? Nice

But if you can get safestrap, why no root {Magisk)????

sorry semi noob here... could you be more specific on the FRP removal process?

I know how to use odin and all but I have a tmobile galaxy s7 g930t with FRP protection and I would really like to get rid of it as everything else I have tried does not work. I am not familiar with the samfail process. I don't really need anything else but to remove the FRP. what is the easiest way to do it? I am OK with the stock ROM and having a locked bootloader. Just want to be able to use the phone.

Directions For FRP

So if your stuck and dont know google account info Do the samfail process when all done flash file to enter safestrap once in safestrap mount and unmount system then flash SS_Remove_FRP zip then follow direction to leave safestrap. After your phone reboots from recovery the last time force phone back to recovery wait until options come up and wipe data and you can now enter new google account in setup or skip

Data Wipe is recommended to get full effect
If you flash one of the google mods make sure to set default dialer in settings/apps to google dialer
