Hi,

Just installed your ROM without any problem. It was my first custom installation, I was more and more disappointed by the Sony ICS ROM, slow and bugued on my Xperia Mini.

Good job, it seems to works great for now. I used the recommended kernel, as I am a total newbie for this :D

I noticed some little problems.

The autobrightness setting seems broken. When I enable it, turn off and turn on the screen, the brightness is super low. The auto adjusting works but the brightness stays pretty low.
When autobrightness is turned off, it is really fine. But it seems to keep auto adjusting the brightness. I think it was also working like that in the stock ROM, but I'm not sure.

The lock screen seems to be too big for the screen resolution (can't see the operator name at the bottom, and it is even more cutted if only emergency calls are available).

And if the phone is plugged in while being off, it powers on (I know there is a fix) but the phone is super slow. Turning it on the normal way (with the button) does not cause this problem.

Also, what is "KitKat Launcher" ? It doesn't even launch when I touch it.

Also if I add a shortcut on the dashboard for an app installed from the market, it is removed after restarting the phone :eek:
I replaced the original framework-res.apk with the one someone posted few pages ago (to fix the lockscreen, even if it's not perfect), can it be the cause ?

Remove the kitkat launcher, install nova launcher and there is a fix for offline charging in previous posts.. For lock screen also there is a fix previously posted..:

Probably because it's installed on the SD card .
All shortcuts from apps moved to/installed on SD dissapear.
Only option is to move them back to internal memory.
I had it on GB and ICS, Not tried JB yet.

Play services

New google play services > 6.0 causes random reboots and slows the overall phone in this rom. I have to keep it disabled and use older version google maps and other apps, everything else is perfect..
Any solution for this anyone?? :) :angel:

SJB Glonass issue

Hey, I do have serious Problems using Navigation. Phone is not using Glonass at all!

If I check the signal using different apps I can see Glonass satellites but the phone wont fix them!

I travel a lot, starting a one year motorbike trip soon! I need reliable GPS and Glonass connection

Any solutions?

1. Autobrightness works fine for me, but I'll check it again :)
2. It's a known problem and I guess there was someone who built a framework-res.apk to solve it. But I have to check this again, too!
3. Please use the fix and this should not happen again...
4. "KitKat Launcher" is a launcher for your phone. It should show your home screen on clicking it/selecting it (as default) ;)

Which kernel? You may use any jellybean kernel :)

You're right. It vibrates but doesn't launch the camera. I'll search for a fix for this :)

I'm sorry, but as you all may have noticed, I'm quite inactive at the moment. This is because I have to do much work for school and for my exams. If I have some free time I'll try to update the rom and fix some bugs, but I'm not sure when or even if I will have some free time :(
But of course I want to encourage everybody to post possible fixes for some bugs in this thread. Thanks for your support guys and thanks for using the rom ;):good:

I've flashed miniuser123's kernel, and installed this ROM but I can't record in 720p. Every time I try the camera's driver crashes.
Some people here reported that it works so what could cause the problem?

Device: Xperia mini ST15i.
