i had one issue
my music app stops and crashes when opening the gallery app cause i have un suported media files like avi wmv .... etc
iam use naa kernel with 720 video recording v2.6.32.60
when upgrading to v 3.4 naa kernel the problem disappeare
but i need v2.6 kernel cause of 720 video recording

I'm sorry, but I can't help you in this case. But you might want to try nAa's 2.6 kernel and see if it solves your problem
it would be so kind if some body provide rom download link for mango.

Using Mesa Hybrid 4.8 kernel now and 720p recording works... but not as smooth/stable as when I had a ICS ROM. In order to make it as "smooth" as ICS I have to overclock to 1.5Ghz but there's still some frame drops, specially while recording. When watching on the PC it's ok but not constant 30fps. I think one of the problems is because it's using H264 instead of MPEG4-SP. H264 needs more power. Choosing MPEG4-SP just crashes the camera driver.I'm sorry, but I can't help you in this case. But you might want to try nAa's 2.6 kernel and see if it solves your problem
What I'm trying to do now is making it able to record in 848x480 (WVGA) but I can't. Adding a new profile to media_profiles.xml just makes the device bootloop. There's probably something else I need to change.
Any ideas?

Did you flash cm10_enable720p_v2.zip from miniuser123? You need to flash it after you flash the rom with his kernel.
The second microphone is disabled. Is this some configuration of the ROM or is something kernel related?

Also, can anyone confirm that it's possible to record video to send via MMS? For me it seems the H263 codec is missing so the camera app can't recording in the format for a MMS.

i tried everything i cant flash the kernel.
Of course, i've done with a chinese program, it's: eroot. You can download it from various websites, they have his own: eroot.net I don't remember where i got it. But the superuser is in english, don't worry.

PD: after you downloaded it, open it, connect your phone and wait until the program detect it; then press the root button and wait. Then it finishes when root button appears again (or something like that happens, i don't remember), so, it's time to disconnect and enjoy!

Again Very important : full wipe.. as i had to change lot of files in this one ( if you dont perform a full wipe , then the old files will still be present and may cause problems)

Few basic tips to really get the most battery out of your device..
1.Try changing the kernel if you have a heavy battery draining
2.Reduce the screen brightness and the screen time out to a comfortable value
3.Don't Overclock as i said many times already.. use 122/1024 ( even for gaming )
4.Turn off wifi , bluetooth etc when not in use
5.Before going to sleep , turn off useless apps such as whatsapp running in the background
6.Restart your phone once everyday or every two days.. ( i restart my phone everytime before putting it for charging , i usually re-charge only when the battery reaches 1 % )
