There is not much difference ... I have used KrSH kernel as reference,Rage Kernel source,DoomLord Kernel source,and x-kernel too.This has profiles from KrSH kernel and best of DoomLoard Kernel and Rage Kernel.
Overclocking is up to 2 GHz and at standby mode battery drains maximum 4% per 12 Hrs !!

After approx 10 mins installing your ROM, so far;

Great looking ROM!

Issues (at least for my xmp)
1. mobile manager keep fc during startup after boot. not a big one for me. can uninstall it if i dont want to use it.
2. wifi fix for krsh doesnt work (still show "error" when trying to turn it on)
so i proceed and flash your kernel.
havent test on speed/battery etc but, 1st impression,
3. can i get a kernel version with some simple logo instead of that anime picture during boot up? (not bootanimation, that one is fine for me and i know how to turn it off/replace it. i think it is "bootsplash" ?) or is it possible to turn it off?

But i think i will keep using your ROM, it looks nice and sleek. the pop up, the animation, all is good. will post feedback after using it for few days.

Explanation To Issues :

1. I have added ZDBox in package that keeps background hidden processes cleaning itself.Thats why you got mobile manager crashing errors.Just open ZDBox,go in task manager and find mobile manager.Hold down that process and pop up option list will come up.Click 1st option "Protect (Do not kill)/Unprotect"
Now the crashing error is fixed.Its not any bug in ROM

2. I have updated Wifi fix instruction in 1st post please read them and try WLAN_Modules by Kamarush to fix wifi and keep KrSh kernel.This wifi fix is for those who has previously used WLAN modules by KrSH on my ROM and now getting errors.For fresh installation try KrSH WLAN Modules provided in WiFi Fix error in first post.

3. No i don't know how to turn pre boot animation logo or replace it from phone.But its NeroDroid Kernel and the picture is of Nero From "Devil May Cry 4" .Not anime.Its a kind of logo for me

Ok if you have clockwork mode then reboot in clockworkmode
-> Mount and storage and Format
/data
/system
/cache

And then install any new ROM for Xperia Mini via CWM or via Wotan Server.Your problem will get fix.

I rather to have all stock looks except the battery icon that i like so much. Will it possible if i want to have stock look back so that everything is consistent in looks and style? That is one of the reasons why i dont keep the other ROM and keep going back to stock and i believe im not the only one.

My kernel don't need any wifi fix,i have tested it and it works well directly.Though in case if you got error then you have to use my fix.

Secondly,the stock look is not as good as it has to be now.So why don't we tweak it ?
You are not demanding YOU GAVE ME IDEA For my next work !!
Ok here is the plan ...
I will make new stock theme with more advance look and will add it to my rom and will update it ... but it will take me a little long time like 5-10 days as i have exams over my head.
And lastly.. if after doing this work if i get free time then i will make one kernel for you,just PM the image you want in boor logo and it should be vertical image so i can fix it in screen Hows that ??

I like everything about you R & K but you should work more on the style
not the animation its very good but the looks.

I mean the status bar, battery icon make little small & please please make
complete look like ice cream sandwich.

Rest all is very very very good its fast smooth, ram management is good, though
I didn't like your v1 rom but I highly recomend this version.

Not to forget the best ROM's is your's & Hybrom v10 by bbooff
Both are very good ROM's.

But now i have one confusion ... I got request from other user to keep stock look and from you to keep ICS look..... what should i do ?

I think i should combine ICS And Stock Both ? Would that be good ?

Use KERNEL + ROM For Xperia Mini and then flash everything freshly...
Don't use anything of Mini Pro

i already done that..let me tell you what things i have done..
1.i flash stock rom using woltenserver
2.then i flash rage karnel for cmw
3.i went into the cmw and into the Mount and storage and Format
/data
/system
/cache..as you said
4.then i again flash stock rom using woltenserver
5.i booted normally but touchscreen and capacitive buttons are not working
now i am getting worried about my mini..thanks for your reply but my problem is still there..
