GCI, it's only in Alaska. "Best" unlimited data plan, albeit no wifi calling or volte (yet). I was told by one of their customer service technicians they're hoping to have it available for android users before the end of the year. They only sell XAA csc Samsung's now since the S8. Their S7's are G930F's and I'm so tempted to trade a local "fix your phone" guy for one lol. I'm not sure if they even still update their S7's or if they are the unlocked version. I only know that their S6's (G920i) which i got from my wife would have never seen it past 5.1.1 lollipop if I hadn't flashed nougat onto it but it was their own carrier brand firmware featured with a boot animation and everything haha. LMY47XG920IDVU2DOI2-GCI. I'm wondering how I'll get it to work on my S7 if and when they do release it
Ok you maybe would be better choosing tmobile setup in the install

Any possibility of getting V4A working with this? I know it requires root, but it was my understanding that Xposed did also.

Edit: I forgot that v4a required BusyBox so I guess that answers my question. Been a while since I have done any mods. Almost 2 years since I got this device actually. Sigh....

Did you try google drive mirror
Only need one more download of adb flash files , then will be testing, hopefully I can get system running in safestrap , is there any possibility we may see rom support ,I understand that takes modifying the boot img for regular multimanger, but in safestrap not really read up on that part ,but the was an app that was capable of running multiple Roms with out using twrp or a recovery cant remember the name been a long time since I used it when I was with my htc one, wouldn't mind running kali linux since we may not see DeX support

Wouldn't mind seeing a note rom on our device ,since I have a note 4 sitting there with an spen ,read that all it takes is firmware to make it work

The keyword being firmware as in a boot.img that will boot the note firmware which in return means a modified boot.img which is not possible

Now that all carriers have finally updated to oreo ,wondering how long it will take to release a eng boot.img ,or if we may even see any updates looked into the s6 and edge and they never recieved much support either when they killed it off ,wondering if mm was the key firmware for unlocking the bootloaders

Could you tell me what ATT files are required and what ones are not
For example apps such DirectTv, ATT Remote suport, ATT pro tech, ATT driev mode, Lookout, My ATT, Plenty, ATT Smart limits and some others. I can disable them, was curious if I can remove them?
Thanks in advance

In the files you have multiple CSC files for first install I'm still on att ,but you have vzw,T-Mobile,and art CSC which do flash to install cf1 from cre4

Might want to add in instructions ,when flashing flashsystem.cmd that there is an option to choose which carrier you would like to be on ,but it is amazing how you have tmobile firmware with Verizon partions, and multiple carrier csc and system capabilities ,it is really fast not one bit of lag and is a lot easier to install ,will tell battery life after it learns my usage. But this also does come with the s8 touchwiz launcher with many customizations with the touchwiz mods ,and is debloated some what for att carriers now going to test safestrap after restoring all my apps and data compliments to the chef for cooking this up can't wait to see what your going to do when they come out with the unlocked firmware last one to receive oreo
