No, I am sorry. Until all the bugs are worked out of kitkat, I will NOT be doing a kitkat version. There is currently nothing worth upgrading to kitkat for right now. We don't get ART, and there are no improvements to anything. All I see anywhere is problems. I am not going to subject anyone to testing for me. Tons of lag, rotation and SMS issues and other problems surrounding kitkat. Its not worth it. We have more options baked into this ROM than ALL kitkat Roms AND xposed modules COMBINED. Feel free to use kitkat all you want but you will not find it here until the base ROM itself is 100% stable and there is a root method for it. I have been looking in the q&a section and general section and its filled with nothing but kitkat issues. Sorry... I'm not buying that one.

Strange...I've been on KitKat and haven't a single issue.
Maybe not you. But there are lots of other users who have. I'm not going to make a kitkat version for a couple of people who don't have issues and then deal with the issues of hundreds of other people who have different usage patterns for their device.
Alliance here is pretty rock solid and yet flexible. I think the biggest challenge left for this and 4.3 is to leap over the hurdle of across the device sound and equalizer adjustment. There are a couple of apps that have working in app, but getting something like Viper4android work on 4.3 would be amazing.

Getting viper4android working on this ROM is not difficult. All it needs is someone to request it. If no one requests things, then I have no clue on what to add to make it better. Doesn't anyone read the op anymore?
I love me some viper4android. I've tried to mess around by swapping out the libaudio files but had two problems. ..biggest one...I don't really know what I'm doing. (I can undo most things I screw up). And second problem

meadhros what issues are you running into? I didn't go as far as to mess with editing any lib files. I just downloaded the 4.3 version of Viper from the Play Store and it's working just fine here.
Using PowerAmp and disabled Direct Volume Control and all is good here. I did mess with some IRS Modules for a while but for right now on Alliance V5 it's just stock.
Also installed the 9/15 NEON Driver.

What do I need to do to flash this coming from that "unnamed rooted KitKat ROM thread that got locked"?
I have the latest SafeStrap beta installed, can I just flash it to the stock slot and wipe, or do I need to do something about the bootloader?
