Did you do the whole restore procedure?
If you didn't follow it to a T then you will have to do it over again from the start.
If you did follow it to a T and are back on MJ5 everything then there is a way to make this work. But I need you to be on hangouts or some other chat app so everything is live and I can walk you through it.

Does S-health and S-voice work? Tried installing the apk files but they are no working so well.
They should work. I took them out because 99% of users don't use them. I can provide a flashable later for all the stuff I took out if you like
Alright that'll be nice. Also, I am not sure if this is possible but in KK, there is the ability to search with the button on the lower left of the the hard key buttons. Is it possible to implement that feature in the AllianceROM?
No like the double click home key for search?

Love it - but, can't use the ROM
hey man -- really great ROM. Wonderfully customizable.. and all sorts of potential. But, I can't use it because of constant random soft reboots. I really don't get it. It seems so great.. but, this issue is persistent. I've wiped.. formatted.. tried Stock and a separate partition.. it still does it.
If there's a fix for this.. I'm all in. If not.. I guess my phone just doesn't like it.

How about a dumpstate? Post it and someone can take a look at it for you. I believe it's this one for reboot issues.

Anyways You should be able to flash to one of your other slots, but to fix this, what I did was I used Dr....*he who shall not be named*'s files which were for getting to safe strap in odin.
So Put your phone into download mode, Open up odin Flash the AP and BL file. Then it will restart and it should give you access to the stock slot and allow you to install on the stock slot.
If you are having issues with this I would suggest create a new slot flash a KK Rom on this for the time being until you have some time to really dig in.
By the way, I wiped my SD Card figuring this out. maybe you should take it out just in case

Reboots
I was also getting consistent "Hot Reboots", kept cycling through over and over.
It began after I configured chrome, Did a full wipe re-installed ----(on a slot that was not stock)----
As soon as it booted uninstalled chrome, seems to be running smooth going to begin adding my applications and we will see if it lasts.

RErick, I told you there will be a lot of people floating around using AllianceROM and that it will keep you awake at night. Lucky for you, Bubba is here to make you burnt-out popcorn to keep your long nights more interesting.
