Cannot install vanilla version (v4.0.11 and v4.0.10), TWRP and OrangeFox show error 7 (wrong device).
The Gapps version installs with no problems.

I've been using this ROM for a while now and here are a few things I've noticed:

Battery backup is stellar. I was using Waze for about two hours and managed to drop mere 10% of battery.
OxygenOS would burn through the battery as if were a hot dog. 30-40%/hour. Battery doesn't even drop when on idle.

Overheating: None. Well, almost none, really. Given the amount of cooling this phone has got, using the GPS or light gaming wouldn't overheat the phone at all. Also, the phone cooled down way quicker than it'd on OxygenOS.

Camera: Well, thank OnePlus for not giving us kernel sources. GCam works just fine if not better than the original camera, anyway. (The 0.6x wide lens is not available.) I'm using Greatness' port of GCam with their configs.

No noticeable lags.

Things I couldn't test:
NFC
VOLTE
etc.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

My device starts up then goes to 0 brightness (slowly) I tried manually adjusting the brightness in the time I get before it goes to 0, but it doesn't do anything. (I'm on another ROM for now). I didn't do anything weird (just setup everything using google account and installed Magisk by extracting the boot from payload and patching it).

No such issue here.

Just wanted to add info for anyone interested in trying this ROM.

You can install it via TWRP, side loading or Orangefox, unless you opt for the non Gapps version, in which case I'd recommend side loading or TWRP.

Next up, battery life is indeed better than stock by a big margin, but I still haven't measured that. Magisk is easy enough to install, especially if you do it from Orangefox recovery - just follow Magisk's official instructions. Magisk hide and the like also function properly and the ROM does pass SafetyNet.

Banking apps work and Bluetooth audio too. I'll be doing a check on navigation and the like later today and 90Hz refresh rates are working. You can also switch down to 60Hz.

The fingerprint is a bit buggy, but after reading on other threads, I found a possible solution. Hiding the bottom bar, when you're using gesture navigation, fixes all fingerprint issues, at least for me.

Apps which natively call a fingerprint read, work fine out of the box (apps such as Revolut or PayPal), but apps that use the OS implementation used to fail before the above mentioned workaround. Fingerprint access on the lock screen works out of the box.

Gcam works fine, I recommend Wichaya or Greatness, there is a thread which goes in depth. I'd also recommend you use some config for it. The stock cam is not much, but it is what it is.

If anyone has to go through the trouble of transferring around 30GB of data on each ROM reinstallation/change like me, I'd recommend you use WiFi Direct since it gave me around 70mb/s transfer speeds vs the native 5-20mb/s via USB. The app I use for WiFi Direct is Feem. You download it on your laptop/PC and phone, then make a hotspot on your phone, connect your laptop to it and just use the in built app chat to send large files.

If anyone is interested in logcats or the like, I'd be happy to supply. I have a programming background which isn't useful info, but I just wanted to leave that here -- This is my GitHub

Edit:
The ROM also feels somewhat more smooth than stock and there is less stuttering than OOS 11.

Well, the fingerprint workaround was temporary. The lock screen is also giving issues now.

I'll attach a logcat here regarding the fingerprint and I also noticed the issue where the screen brightness dies out to 0 if you enable night light. I'm attaching a logcat for that one too, but I'm not sure if it'll contain everything needed.

I tried it again today(clean install rom + magisk), same thing happens. It was working fine for 3-4 hours and then this issue happened.

    install.png

    - Backup your personal data (Important)
    - Download the ROM and transfer them to your device.
    - Boot to recovery (TWRP Recovery recommended).
    - Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
    - Flash the ROM Zipfile.
    - Reboot to Recovery.
    - Format Data/Factory Reset.
    - Reboot your device.

The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

    Currently Supported Root Solutions:

    Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine
