Update:

I screwed up on my initial install and booted before installing gApps. I'm pretty sure that is what caused all the issues. Going through setup again...

Original Message:

Two things. One major...

1) I cannot change / toggle any settings anymore. It simply will not accept any input. This includes popups for permissions requests as well. What is going on?

2) I just installed the ROM. For some reason my device is showing as a Pixel 5 under Settings > Google > Backup. Any ideas what would cause this and how to set it to the proper device?

Thanks!

I really want to like this ROM. Third time installing it.

Fingerprint will not unlock. I am always moving "too fast". LOL.

After the 3rd reboot I completely lose the ability to interface with certain settings. For example, long pressing an app icon, and going to more, and App permissions... I am unable to interact with the App permissions screen at all.

I have tried multiple gapps. Clean install, completely wiped. It happens over and over. This ROM is more like beta stage.

Really disappointing.

Lineage 18.1 does not have any of these problem.

if using gesture nav, hide gesture bar (set it to hidden from slider)
for some reason some have issues with it while most don't

Hi, I have the same issue. Can you explain where I can find the setting to hide the gesture bar?
crDroid Settings - Navigation - Stock navbar settings - System navigation - Gesture navigation (click on settings for it) - Gesture bar lenght move all the way to left

My power menu looks really weird after the last update. It bugs a ton, sends me back to lockscreen, sometimes says SystemUI crashed and flashing the latest update didn't fix it. Would I need to reset or is there some other sort of fix to this?

Can confirm here. Seems "Advanced Restart" has been blocked or removed?

I had this weird green spot on the bottom of the screen today. Couldn't tap on the icons there. Had the restart the phone and then it's gone. I'm also having difficulties with the fingerprint scanner icon. It blocks the buttons. I believe there is no FPS icon on when the quick settings panel pulled on lock screen.

Hi! Trying out crdroid, so far so good! Quick question: I installed crdroid, then twrp installer, rebooted into recovery, installed gapps, then I went through setup and I installed magisk afterwards using the boot.img method through the app.

Now my recovery is Lineage Recovery instead of TWRP. Any way to get TWRP back without having to wipe everything again?

Thanks!

Now that we have an unofficial TWRP that supports android 11 w/ encryption, you should consider adding support for encryption again like the android 10 builds. Thank you for the current build, running rock solid!

Hey guys, any ideas why the volume is much lower than stock?
And is there a way to improve it?
    Thanks

Without discrediting the rest of Custom ROMs, but CrDroid is in my point of view, the best ROM for our OnePlus 7 Pro, the dev maintains the ROM constantly, a super stable and fluid ROM. 100% translated (in my case into Spanish). It's wonderful, I hope this project lasts. Emphasize Dev, a great worker, constantly supporting our device.
