I have 3 buttons, not gestures, and have same problem.I had the "Move too fast" FOD problem and managed to fix it by turning off Gestures Navigation and going back to the 3 button Navigation Bar.
So its something to do with Gestures I think.
The rest of the ROM is so great I'm happy to live with 3 button navigation
Looks like its not as simple as I thought then.I have 3 buttons, not gestures, and have same problem.
Also, sometimes when unlock, auto brightness low to zero.
This is not a fingerprint bug, but message bug!I have a problem when using fingerprint lock. The problem is that when i try to unlock my phone on the lockscreen, it keeps telling me, that i moved my finger too fast even though im not moving.
Anyone got a fix?
Doesn't work for me. I can leave my finger on the screen for a very long time and it never unlocks. Just get the message. This is not a fingerprint bug, but message bug!
If you add fingerprint you see this message but in fact it take readings - see that ring for % increase line lengths.
It telling you that you moved to fast - don't worry - keep scan until ring is full.
After that fingerprint working 100% (on my phone)
Try to save properly your fingerprint firstly - don't pay attention to the massages - look on the line increase with every touch.Doesn't work for me. I can leave my finger on the screen for a very long time and it never unlocks. Just get the message.
I'm sorry, I don't understand why I would need to resave my fingerprint.Try to save properly your fingerprint firstly - don't pay attention to the massages - look on the line increase with every touch.
When all ring is full, than it will give you option "NEXT"
After this my fingerprint works fine
Change wallpaperI'm sorry, I don't understand why I would need to resave my fingerprint.
The stored fingerprint works correctly every time on the lock screen, as long as I have 3 button navigation option set.
It only stops working when I change navigation to gestures.
And starts working perfectly again as soon as I change back to 3 button navigation.
So its nothing to do with the saved fingerprint data.
Anyway, I'm not bothered by this problem. I'm happy using old style navigation. The rest of the ROM is absolutely brilliant. Its fast, customizable, and is very good for battery. Just thought I'd try and help by pointing out the exact single change that breaks / fixes this problem, at least on my phone. Seems others have different experiences.
Thanks, will give that a try.Change wallpaper
I have no idea what the reason is, but any wallpaper from inbuilt wallpaper present on styles breaks the fingerprint.
Just change the wallpaper, put your own or any non-inbuilt one.
This fixes the fingerprint issue.
And set the color of the flash to cyan or white, set the default icon and turn off fp animations
Yes, makes sense.Lol, dosen't work. Even though im using a 3rd party wallpaper the bug still occurs :/
