M'y rom actual is résurrection RR with nougats 7.1.2.

there is really only android 10 out there that boots up, i don’t know if it is stable, certain types of wifi routers don’t connect on android 10, and some stability issues, you can try by yourself, and no 3G mobile data by the way

Use old gapps could help you if you still want to try Android 11. Also, the android 10 version will become laggy after 2-3 days. I don't know how to fix that. I will try the newest rom to see if things get better.

Have just installed it on someone elses device with no problems.
Either your device is somewhat broken or LOS isn't installed correctly.

I install it with twrp, it stays on the blue line that appears on the login screen.
