Unfortunate this ROMs production is stopping but this last version on 12.1 works great. Thanks for all the work reallysnow keeping this going.
Well, the project has announced that 12.0 is discontinued, and that 12.1 will take some time to get ready. All phones are therefore marked as discontinued at the moment.

Unless you know something I don't (source please), we can still look forward to a new build for taimen when 12.1 is released by the project.

Updating to 12.1 worked very well for me (doing it with @zard's method). I only had to set up the launcher icons and widgets again (this happens during OTA updates as well sometimes, so not really an issue).

Thank you @ReallySnow for your efforts! Keep up the great work.

I booted into TWRP. I then installed Arrow OS. I booted into Arrow OS and the ROM setup was successful.

I then booted into TWRP again to install Magisk. Everything looks to be encrypted and TWRP is unable to decrypt the data. When I reboot back to the system, Arrow loads fine.

What did I do wrong?

Twrp can't decrypt data on android 12. You need have otg or sideload the file.

This is my first time with Android 12. I'm totally confused.

What do I need to do to sideload Magisk? I also have the contents of my phone on a usb drive.

Thanks

I figured it out.

Coming from pixel dust 11. Do I need to flash stock 12 first ? Or should I flash proton that's supposed to have all the needed files. Or does arrow 12.1 have all of it? And do I need to do the partition setup like for lineage?

Hey guys, I'm going to be working on an upstream 5.10 kernel for this rom. It will be offering lots of security and performance increases. Will update later today.

Still the most stable longest battery lasting ROM I've used for pixel 2xl on 12.1. Thanks for the hard work from those involved.

    @ coolsid8
I realy would like to confirm that!
A very stable, smooth, snappy and fluid ROM!
Great work an BIG Thanks to ReallySnow!!
If you would like to have root access and no encryption, you can go the way I take:
    - reboot > bootloader
    - boot to TWRP
    - wipe cache/system/data
    - flash Arrow-v12.0-taimen-....zip
    - reboot to bootloader
    - change active slot! (because it´s a sideload to the inactiv slot)
    - boot to TWRP again
    - flash magisk
    - flash Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_11.02.2020.zip
    - format data !
    - now reboot to system ... and setup your new fresh android 12 system!

Together with the Magisk module Pixifier_v4 you have a nice connection to the Pixel 6
