thx for the fw-tipp but it diden't work ! now i installed crdroid 12.1 and its work perfect! maybe its a bug and get fixed someday!
I'm glad you fixed your issue. I'm on this ROM and have had zero problems with the SIM
9.0 update:

- Rebased device tree, if you get any issues try a clean flash
- Also moved to lineage kernel
- Added power menu styles (crDroid Settings -> Buttons -> Power menu -> Power menu style)
- Added support for Google Dialer Call recording
- Changed internet connectivity check method
- Added toggle for internet connectivity check via Google under network & internet settings
- Fixed network leaks with split-tunnel VPNs
- Restricted Networking Mode fixes
- Added firewall statusbar icon with toggle
- Launcher3: Fix spacing and colors related to All Apps header
- Launcher3: Disable all caps from Personal and Work tabs
- Tweaked RAM and storage usage with some apps
- Fix potential memory leaks
- Fixed possble crashes with formatting SD card and pressing back button
- About: Make kernel version clickable
- About: Added deep sleep info

is it necessary when i switch from the version 9.0 from 14.11. to the new version from 6.12. to do a clean flash?

Installed this last version.
Don't know how to activate Google dialer call recording.
Also app suggestions are not working in this version

Probably because you dirty flash from latest build.
New build shouldnt have the option anymore.

Try these steps:
- Use some app like Swift Backup and backup all your stuff.
- Copy the 'internal storage' to your PC/Laptop or some other external storage.
- Do a complete wipe and install your rom, format data and boot up.
- Restore all apps and data using Swift Backup.
- Copy your ' backed up internal storage' back to the device.
p.s.: Maybe other users can suggest better ways of doing this.3

8.x most likely won't see much development anymore. 9 is suitable enough and actively developed. Not sure why it's still labeled as beta. You will need to format data again, so might as well do it once and for all

- Boot into TWRP
- Flash Rom
- Flash Gapps, Magisk etc. and factory reset + format data
- Flash Disable Force Encryption if you want to be decrypted
- Reboot to system and profit
