What can we do to make the camera open Quickpic (rather than stock Gallery). A lot of times I need to move the picture (or clip) to another folder right after taking picture.

So I decided to tweak spear1403's near perfect version of this rom a little more.
I've attached a framework-res.apk which will change your battery to look like the picture.
I've also attached a SystemUI.apk that will make your statusbar black.
The apk's need to be installed using adb push. I prefer doing this using the adb function in the boot menu.

Found a bug(spear1403 mod). HD video recorded with the camera doesn't play back. Playback with Mobo works but the sound is messed up. Anyone else see this?

Anyone could point me how to translate this ROM? I liked it, can use in english, but I prefer my language (pt_BR).
Would I be able to just use Root Explorer to copy it into /system/app?
You could try, but you'll have to set the permissions before you get FCs, then reboot
The mistake is mine, forgot to put in some libs. I will upload a fix later when I get home.

This update.zip should fix 720p playback problems install via CWM
You may want to release a version 2 of a nandroid with all the bug fixes when you're ready for the sake of late adopters

After each reboot, system "forgets" phone and notification ringtones. I should go to settings and select one after each reboot or no ringtone is selected

Have you set motorola ringtone and notification or your own with MusicPlayer app?
