According to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQZFaec9NpA their should be a noticeable performance for apps which use 'rendering' of graphics (i.e. browser or playstore). Question is, if changes in sources are only framework changes or if there were other 'hardware specific' changes. Can anyone confirm that rendering of graphics is faster now ?

umm... 'hardware spectific' is a bit of modify. because for fix some compile error. only i change hwcomposer and surfaceflinger.
but i didn't change rendering relevant parts in surfaceflinger.

Did you use hwcomposer you compiled or did you take precompiled ?
