Does this ROM support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)?

Tried Ditto Note 3 earlier today and the UP-app would no longer pair with my Jawbone UP24, instead I got an error message complaining about missing BLE support.

I wanted to flash the mod S5 app and widgets on my N7100, the Note 2 has rebooted, and arrived at the home ... "Music has stopped" + "Weather stopped" loop!
Unable to access the home menu or settings to stop these two applications!

I'll have to restore my Nandroid Backup!

Feed Back: Whew! I restored my rom in good condition! For now, I'll forget this mod S5 apps and widgets, until I found the solution to avoid the bug with Music application and Weather application.
