Only Google Stock Package of PA GAPPS replaces Trebuchet launcher, the other packages don't.
I'm using the Full Package and doesn't remove it unless you use the advanced options stated in their thread.

Have you tried changing your WiFi region in WiFi Advanced settings, I haven't used this option before but I assume that it's for your reason.

Yes I've tried it.. and it works.. but you know this is kind of annoying issue you need to turn off the wifi and then reboot the device , this issue was in vipers 5.0 and 5.1 but the solved it in 5.2 with no need to change any thing ...
Do you how set USA WiFi region by default cuse this might help me ??

Using MTP? Switch usb connection to ums, then it'll work

GPS not locking

Hey @ivanich, the ROM is excellent, its nearly perfect. Though both waze and google maps have trouble seeking GPS, even when i'm on the highway or a very open area. Never had this issue in other ROMS.

Is there any way i can check if its hardware issue on my hand ? When i do get a signal lock it only lasts for bout 20 seconds then gets cut off again. My battery isnt bloated so the back cover is properly secured to the phone.

In the notes section number 13 it says to get it to work the best i should edit this in the build.prop

You need to change "ro.ril.def.agps.mode = 2" or "ro.ril.def.agps.mode = 0" to be "ro.ril.def.agps.mode = 1" in order for aGPS to properly function. Only do this IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS after attempting the standard patch.

So what the problem? Try this patches and build.prop tweaks and report back if it helps. You can check your GPS module with this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chartcross.gpstest if it will find satellites then GPS is ok.

I know it has something to do with SIM card but maybe you could try changing /data/property/persist.sys.country to US and see if that works.
Enter code below in terminal app.

Or maybe an xposed module such as Xprivacy.

Did you install any drivers? As far as I know adb doesn't work along with mtp for some reason. Never had it working, but it didn't bother me much.

how to increase CPU min on deep sleep mode, becouse sometimes I have to press 10 times to unlock my phone. I have ver. from 30.10

Yeah, as far as I know there is a driver conflict, since windows doesn't recognize the phone as android device while in mtp mode
