EDIT: I recommend to update to LOS14.1 built by Cozzmy13 since May 2017, seem stable without any major issues besides video recording freezing at 30s mark, so can't really record anything longer than 30s FIXED, pretty much everything else works fine. You should be able to do dirty update, but just in case always make backup. Don't forget to download ARM64 SuAddon for superuser and flash opengapps pico ARM64 7.1. Continue in this thread:

Flash together with OpenGapps ARM64 7.1 Pico

Works:
RIL (calls/messaging/mobile data)
Wifi
GPS
IR blaster (tested with Peel on LG TV)
camera incl. video/120fps/HDR
and pretty much everything else except Bugs

Bugs 20161029:
- battery saver and performance menu crash - fixed, can be changed to Efficiency
- battery indicator style - fixed, can be changed to big text percentage
- missing reboot in power menu - fixed, also Advanced power menu through developer options works
- button brightness settings - not fixed
- fingerprint sensor notification - removed, fixed
- double twist for camera - removed, so i guess fixed
- preferred network type in system profiles crash - not fixed
- default SIM for calls/data blank (select manually in SIM settings)

short review
boot is faster than Hikari No Tenshi, default theme seem to be a bit darker than HnT at least in quick tiles, Last app through Menu button works fine, no wifi 5/2.4ghz switch (as in other CM14 builds), switching from full brightness in camera to previous brightness elsewhere seem to work OK, default vibration has normal intensity, not as strong as in HnT

new (untested) - lift to wake, power on sounds option, extra settings edge double tap (was in HnT build too actually), force allow apps on external, force activities to be resizeable

Few more bugs to add;

-Google Keyboard crashes (if installed via stock gapps, this leaves the user without a keyboard)
-Pebble app crashes
-Google app crashes (latest beta - used to enable assistant)
-Fingerprint setup shows in setup (got my hopes up slightly as a Mi-4S user... sadly, non-functioning)
-DoubleTwist for camera is non-functioning (at least, on Mi-4S)
-Default Sim for calls/data is not set by default. This causes Stock GAPPS to fail in allowing the user to complete setup (dialer crashes back to "turn on data" screen). If this could be fixed, it would allow for that to work

The good news:
-Rom is very smooth, RAM usage is less than 1gb for me (Kuma CM13 is closer to 2gb used at idle)
-Antutu score of 69k! great for a first build! congrats @AndropaX
-Snap Camera works (even 1080p shooting)
-Best news of all - SD card is working in Mi-4S which has failed in every other CM14 build I've tried (including my own). Well done mate!

All in all, a seriously good start. Needs work, but more than that, it needs a round of applause for @AndropaX. Well done mate, very impressed. Please keep it up and know that if you need any Aqua testing/logs, I'm your man.

no problem with Google keyboard through Opengapps

fingerprint setup notification on top of settings for Mi4c (which lacks FPS) was also in penultimate build by Hikari no tenshi but you can just swipe it away and ignore, very minor annoyance

blank default SIM for mobile data even when using only 1 SIM was also in all previous HnT builds, I dont really consider it bug, just go to SIM settings and select it first time and it's fine, it's minor annoyance at first install

can't verify pebble and google app

double tap on power button for camera works fine, double twist doesn't work (or i don't understand how to do it properly, tried many ways, none of them work)

RAM was 1.2GB for me, don't care about Antutu, I would prefer actually Efficiency mode for longer battery life, will play with kernel adiutor i guess

default DPI is 440 btw.

very smooth on my Mi4S, no problems with keyboard. I think there should be a pack of gapps from opengapps that works correctly, includes Google App.
As usual, no fingerprint sensor support

Νο... this is a common problem with mi4c nougat roms ... i will try it again. Also this rom doesnt have CM theme engine.

select it manually in SIM cards settings, it's mentioned in OP, if still having problems remove all APN and add appropriate one for your carrier

I can confirm some bug founded by @BlackXhorneT,
And I'm found another bug (maybe only me),
-Calendar app force closes,
-And in setting > display, I can to turn on everything like ambient display etc, and after closing setting app (by pressing back button), and retry open display setting, some options come back to off again by itself. But ambient display etc still work.

Won't work. Every Google camera after 2.7 is only for Nexus devices

yes, it's system bug, i reproduced it, actually quite a lot settings crash, not even worth reporting

as for Google calendar, i use business calendar which works fine
