all issues seems to be fixed now.
I set the following settings to init.qcom.post_boot.sh:
# Configure governor settings for little cluster
echo 302400 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq
echo 1440000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
# Configure governor settings for big cluster
echo 302400 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq
echo 1824000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
After that I flashed in recovery mode latest official firmware fw_libra_miui_MI4c_V10.1.1.0.NXKCNFI_13b9b312d0_7.0 and rebooted to system.
