3. wipe data/factory reset in recovery
4. flash ROM

Does this require GAPPS ? 164mb.. so i'm not sure.

Also where can we get Gapps for 4.2 ?

I don't want to accidentally downgrade the camera / gmail by flashing the latest gapps from elsewhere
