Hello guys, it's been so long. Just wanted to say that my journey with the M8 will be ending in 4 weeks. I say 4 weeks cause that's what it'll take for me to receive my brand new "Nexus 6P - 128gb"...
I know right, I know!

I love my M8 very much but it's time to move on and after the M9 and seeing what they did with this new A9, I got to say I was sad and disappointed.

So @mike1986. I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work with our M8's dude.

Same here, I always bought HTC since 2006 I would buy the new version about every year.
Now, I'll wait till march and if nothing good comes from HTC, I'll switch, maybe to a Nexus.

It's sad, but sounds like Htc went from 1 model that sucks every 2 or 3 models, to , every new model.

In my opinion they did good with the M7 and excellent on the M8 but I think this last year made it difficult for them when they gave us the M9. I think the M9 killed them.

I have an HTC M8 withthis ROm. I got the mesage that there is an update available but as it is on custom rom, the installiation of the update does not work. I red already many sites about flashing stock recovery and CID and MID. My problem is that for CID T-MOB102 TWRP dont find any stock recovery. When I go to bootloader and recovery menu I get the red triangle and then the phone reboots. Any idea what should be my next step?

Hi redlingg, I`ll help and use you the firmware version 4.16.401.10 or have you the ARHD v43.0 still on your device?! You can also not make with a custom Recovery a OTA update, that does not work ... A other question, have you S-ON (unlocked bootloader) or S-OFF (unlocked bootloader) on your device? But my opinion is you make a clean flash with the htc stock rom and then flash the current TWRP recovery. Which version of the Stock Recovery you need? I found several.

The only way to take OTA updates on your device is if you are completely stock. No modifications whatsoever. So unless you are stock T-MOB102, you will not be able to take the OTA. You should follow the advice and instructions here.

Although it is quite understandable, there is no backup for CID T-MOB102

The only way to take OTA updates on your device is if you are completely stock. No modifications whatsoever. So unless you are stock T-MOB102, you will not be able to take the OTA. You should follow the advice and instructions here.

The build is what your current ROM is based on and may not be your current firmware. What you need to post is the results of fastboot getvar all. Remove your serial and IMEI numbers as they are unique to you and could be used against you. Then someone should be able to help. Did you check out the thread that I linked to? If there is no current backup for your model, ask the OP if he has one. He usually is very quick to find and upload the necessary files.

Long press power button for the power menu and tap the bottom right icon on the nav bar to get all apps. On the 3 dot menu you can choose how the apps appear. Tap the 3 horizontal lines to clear recent apps. You may have to do it a few times.

Friends, I am working in a company where we have android app for the Enterprise customers. It works fine on the stock OS of HTC (non rooted). It works seamlessly on stock OS.
But it doesn't work so well, i mean it crashes, some fields doesn't accept values, like that on the ARHD ROM. But I believe this ROM is based on stock android, what could be the possible reason that it crashes on the ARHD ROM?

Hi guys I have ARHD 10.2, Android 4.4.3, HTC sense 6, ROM version 2.22.401.4, S-oFF

I am interested in going to his newest MOD - 43.0.

Can I flash this straight up? I forget where to check my firmware, someone please remind me?

Also I have been having lots of issues after moving to a new area -- my cellular signal is diminished and I am losing tons of MMS messages. Does the new ROM include an updated Radio? Or is that something to flash separately. Do certain radios only work with this ROM?
My radio is 1.19.21331147A1.09G - AT&T in US

Also phone has been having issues, my vibrate sensor works only randomly now, and GPS cuts in and out often. Will a full wipe in Aroma possibly help this? Or I'm thinking it's from lots of screen time gaming with the case on and overheating the device.
