hello @wave8500 i recommend you to flash the 3-2-2-0 version of twrp recovey to flash this rom and then try this:
boot up in fastboot mode, then connect your device with the usb cable, open a CMD window where "adb" is and run the comands:
>> fastboot devices (you should get your device's serial number)
>> fastboot getvar all

mine looks like this

Thanks , last night i had installed last verision of this rom and i thinks rom have some bug ! and not fast ! my last android ( 5.0.1 ) very faster than this rom !
Now i have installed Verision 45.0.7 (android 5 This rom ) and i think this verision better than last verision !
What's your opinion ?

and i have new problem ! i can't flash anything with fastboot !!
i had downloaded adb-fastboot folder and when press shift+Righ Click on folder , and click open powershell windows here , then type for example fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.3-1.img and press ok , confront with failed error !
Can you help me?

well i'm not a developer per se, more like an android enthusiast, so i can try to help you but (like in the 99% cases) many things can be solve by a quick searching...
i use CMD (not powershell) to flash twrp recovery via fastboot and i use twrp-3.2.2.-0-m8.img version (i also had "failed" message trying to install 3-2-3-1 version)
when you reboot in bootloader (power+vol down) you mus select "fastboot", conect usb cable with pc and then run:
"fastboot devices" (to check if your pc and device are connected)
"fastboot flash recovery xxxxxxxxx.img"
it should work if you have the propres driver installed in your pc.

about to the performance of this rom... its great (beeing a stock rom), having the stock kernel has a good battery life (compare with official lineage 14.1) but it have a lot o bloatware. I deleted myself with assayyyed's kitchen so i flash my "own" version of this rom... with out 270mb of apps :D
hope you can make it!
(i also dont speack or write good english, its not my native language)

i do the wipe cache .dalvik cache. wipe system nothing change stuck on htc logo but when i flash the 53.1 its work

After you have wiped system, dalvik and cache, you need to reflash the ROM you want. The device should be totally wiped before you start. Are you S_OFF?

Stuck in Fastboot Menu !!!

Hey Guys,

I was on ARHD 53.1, it was functioning normally, until last time use, that rom got very slow and I selected "Restart" button in power menu in order to get a fresh boot again and to fasten apps like before (I thought that slow speed of rom was due to some software issues or something),,, after that guess what? not only can I load the ARHD rom, but also I can't boot into TWRP !!!

My phone is shutted down, it doesn't respond to power button pressing. after about a min it turns on in respond to power button pressed, and it enters FASTBOOT. after changing to HBOOT menu and selecting RECOVERY, it doesn't enter twrp recovery at all, just 3 android icons beside each other appear and after that it enters FASTBOOT again.
and when it is shutted down when plugged into charger, it starts with battery icon with lightning within it (but without any red written lines at bottom or HTC logo) and then it boots into FASTBOOT AC menu again!
As it doesn't show any HTC logo, I presume that my device is broken.
in FASTBOOT menu it shows "INVALID_VER_INFO" in-front of RADIO and OpenDSP.
my m8 doesn't boot android ROM (ARHD 53.1), it doesn't boot TWRP recovery neither.

The only good news is that FASTBOOT USB works and i can flash zip files or any other commands.

    What is Sense 6 Toolbox?
    Sense 6 Toolbox module contains a large variety of mods that will improve almost every aspect of your Sense device. You have to have Xposed installed to use these mods. For more info about Xposed refer to the original thread.

    A note about compatibility. We develop the toolbox on ARHD on the HTC One M7 and M8. That ensures that every mod is compatible with ARHD. We can't test the mods on every other ROM. But as long as the ROM is near stock without deep changes, it should work there too. For the best and most complete experience I recommend using ARHD.

    Backup functionality
    Toolbox supports settings backup and restore using default Andriod cloud capabilities. Enable backup in Settings > Backup & reset. Now every time you uninstall and install Toolbox its settings will be automatically restored. If you want to save/restore settings between reinstallations, use local backup on SDCard function (its button is next to Hot Reboot).
